Super fast service - well equipped, friendly and efficient technician - would definitely use again for a similar issue

The team from Dyno-Rod Glucestershire were great. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and got the job done efficiently. Once finished, they cleaned up thoroughly, packed away, and were on their way. Excellent service from start to finish.

Had a blocked pipe from my kitchen due to 40 years of fat being dumped into the sink by the previous owners. Martin at Dyno-rod turned up and spent 2 hours unblocking and cleaning the pipe. Great job done. Very professional and knew what he was doing. I work in the construction industry and would recommend dyno rod to anyone. Came within 24 hours of me ringing too.

Very helpful staff on phone and the call out engineer

I was impressed that they were able to come out the morning after I phoned, which other companies have not done even in an emergency. The chap who came was very nice and friendly, and managed admirably despite the difficulties with parking and access that we have.
The blockage was pretty severe, but he persisted and got the job done. The only problem was that the pump on his van broke, so we had to wait for someone else to come out as well, but that was no-one’s fault

Had a blocked drain & Danny from Dyno- Rod attended property first thing and within minutes the problem was resolved. He was very friendly and helped with all my questions. Great job.

Cliff the dyno rod guy was brilliant. He listened properly to my concerns and cleared the blockage safely. He explained where all of the drains and pipes are going from. I was happy to pay because now the problem has been fixed.

Two guys came out one was called Matt. They gave me a call 35 mins before they arrived which was excellent. As the appointment time was anywhere from 8am-6pm. Both guys very respectful of property. They had great advice and would definitely use this company in the future. Reasonably priced too.

Our engineer was very professional. He was respectful of our property, helpful by explaining exactly what he was doing and why, and gave us guidance to prevent the problem recurring.

Great service from ‘Danny the DrainWhisperer’! Quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem which had puzzled us for years. Located the problem plastic bags that had been used to cap off an old drain and managed to flush them out. Problem has been solved. Worth every penny.
