Dyno rod have done a fantastic job for us. The crew were all friendly, very helpful in explaining what the issues were, and more so what was required to complete the task. They worked hard and given the awful weather they remained upbeat and just got on with the task. Booking the job was easy and the staff were very helpful in making sure our needs were met. Top crew and top firm all round. Highly recommende!

Really professional and friendly…
Really professional and friendly service. They were quick to attend and the first contact was incredibly helpful. Although the issue turned out to be off my property, they didn’t just leave it there — they explained everything clearly and advised me to contact Southern Water instead. I really appreciated their honesty and guidance. Would definitely recommend Dyno-Rod Ryde for their professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer care.

The Dyno engineer called as promised…
The Dyno engineer called as promised and inspected the blocked sewer pipe. After trying to free the blockage he had to go to an adjacent property. He was able to free the blockage from there. He was polite and professional and left the area clean and tidy. I can highly recommend the company.

The quote over the phone was not what…
The quote over the phone was not what was charged by the next person who phoned me back. I'm not a happy customer. I felt conned, £307 for one hour basic work, no cameras, no specialist equipment.
