Kevin phoned to confirm arrival time and was on time. After an inspection and confirming the drain directions the rodding cleared the drain. Once clear the area was washed down and left clean and tidy. Great job thank you.

I had a major drainage emergency today when my upstairs bath backup flooded my patio. Kenny from Dyno-Rod came out to help, and he was simply fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, reassuring, and professional.
He managed to trace and clear a tough root blockage halfway down my garden using high-pressure jetting, got everything flowing perfectly, and even took the extra time to properly inspect the stack and pipes, giving me clear advice on the next steps and report details. You can instantly tell he is a total master at what he does. If you ever need drainage help, Kenny is your guy. Massive thanks for saving the day—truly five-star service!"

Kieran was superb. He identified the issue immediately which was a blockage in the pipework leading from the bath to the downpipe. Blockage was cleared within minutes and he also pointed out that one of the pipes from the bath was fitted loosely which had caused a leak in the living room which is contrary to what the engineer stated from the Company who fitted the bathroom

Excellent service from Simon at Dyno-Rod. He identified the cause of the ongoing toilet blockage and resolved it during the visit. He was very helpful, explained everything clearly and advised us on a further repair that was needed. We really appreciated this help and would happily recommend the service

Appalling experience and woefully inadequate customer service, not even worthy of 1 star. What started off as a slow draining bath has turned into 6 week nightmare. Dyno rod left me without the most basic of amenities for 6 days as the power to my kitchen had to be isolated due to a leak caused by the failed suctioning. Despite reporting the leak it took 5 days for them to send a qualified plumber and in the interim I was told that the leak was a "coincidence". Several plumbers later it was decided they needed to open the kitchen ceiling to see what was going on. However a sample would have to be taken and he would arrange it for Monday. Monday came and went and despite numerous phone calls from me to chase it up it was the following Friday before this was done. By this time I had to call out an electrician as my electrics were tripping . I was left without hot water, lost all the food in my fridge freezer and no cooking facilities in the kitchen for 6 days. At no point was there any concern shown for the safety and welfare of me and my 9 year old daughter. This has been a horrendous experience and I would not want anyone else to go through. I have had to pay for an independent assessment of the issues all while dyno rod maintain their "coincidence" stance. I had contacted them specifically because of their reputation believing them to be a reputable company- how wrong was I. I have been fobbed off, insulted, incurred unnecessary expense and now have a 3 ft hole in the ceiling.

Firstly I have to give praise to the 3 engineers who visited my property, callum, Jason, and kiernon,they did a fantastic job of clearing my blocked drain, and I can't praise enough the ladies at their Merseyside office, especially jodie, lauren, and Lynn, they honestly couldnt do enough to help me while I was i dispute with my insurance company who refused to help me, they went above and beyond in their efforts to get the blockage cleared for me,and did it at a brilliant price, they are a credit to the dyno rod company, and I can't express my gratitude to them enough, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done by a caring compassionate company

I wanted to take the time to recognise two of your engineers Jason and callum who attended our property at over the last two days. I honestly cannot praise them highly enough, and I wanted to make sure they receive the recognition they truly deserve.

Jason attended our property at around 10pm despite having started work at 8am that morning. Even after what must have been an incredibly long day, he arrived with a smile, remained professional throughout and immediately put us at ease. He took the time to investigate the issue thoroughly and explained everything to us in a way we could understand.

Although it was too late in the evening to carry out all of the work needed because of the noise, he didn’t simply brush the job off or leave us feeling like we’d have to wait and hope for the best. Instead, he did everything he possibly could, wrote incredibly detailed notes about the problem, made it clear how urgent our situation was and ensured the next engineer had all the information needed to continue the job the following day. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about getting our problem sorted.

What really touched us was that Jason even took the time to message us the following day to check that everything had been sorted. He didn’t have to do that, but it showed the kind of person he is and how much pride he takes in looking after his customers.

Callum attended the following day and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was determined to get to the bottom of the problem. He worked tirelessly throughout the visit, never gave up despite the complexity of the blockage, kept us updated every step of the way and remained positive throughout. Thanks to his persistence and hard work, our drains are now flowing perfectly again.

After clearing the blockage, Callum carried out a thorough inspection, explained everything he had found in a way we could understand and made sure we were completely reassured before leaving. We came away feeling like we’d genuinely been looked after rather than simply being another job on the list.

What stood out most about both Jason and Callum was that they genuinely cared. They didn’t just turn up, assess the situation and brush the job off they were both absolutely determined to get it sorted for us. You could see they took real pride in their work and wanted to achieve the best possible outcome, and that level of dedication is something you don’t come across very often.

I am currently heavily pregnant, and having our drains completely blocked was incredibly stressful. The kindness, reassurance and determination these two lads showed made such a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. They treated us with genuine compassion, kept us informed throughout and never once made us feel like we were asking too much.

Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to both Jason and Callum, as well as to their manager. They are an absolute credit to Dyno-Rod and should be incredibly proud of the service they provide. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, but these two lads reminded us exactly what it should look like. Their professionalism, hard work, compassion and genuine care for their customers deserve to be recognised.

This was a visit to determine what action is required. Dylan was very knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately put me at ease, a really pleasant genuine person. He took the necessary photos etc and immediately sent these through to office to arrange a camera inspection.

Phoned on the day to say what time coming. Were on time & explained everything before during & after the collapsed drain was replaced. Acted quickly, politely & insisted on clearing up outside even though I had said I would sort it. A very big thank you to each of you. Definitely would recommend this company.
