If I could give 0, I would. They are terrible, first they don’t come On time And they keep cancelling jobs and finally when a so called engineer comes, they are disinterested in working and just trying to make extra money by giving various excuses. Seriously choose better serious company

Booked these guys to come and unblock a drain which was a simple job to do.
Engineer called when 15mins away to give me the price which is strange as there’s no prices when you book the service. Upon mentioning that the tennants are at the property I was told that it would then be £70 more expensive because it’s now classed as a commercial call out.
Meaning that if the only difference in the pricing the job was that the landlord called instead of the Tennant. The engineer spent 15mins, unblocked the drain and then left.
It cost me £70 more because I am a Landlord.
Will not be using this business again

Appalling service, no show, rude and unresponsive
Appalling service. Failed to show up 3 times when booked, yet they don’t contact you to let you know.
Difficult to contact by phone (they rarely answer). Twice failed to send quotes for work, requiring me to make several calls, which aren’t always answered. One of the operatives who attended was rude , unhelpful and had faulty equipment. Fortunately the second operative to attend was polite and helpful.
My advice is to find another company.

Lovely engineer cleared our outside blocked drain swiftly today. Gave us a full explanation of what had caused the blockage and how to maintain it. Super-helpful and worth the fees. Recommend them and would use this company again.

Excavation and Relaying of New Toilet Waste Pipe to Drain.
Excavation of ground to remove old leaking toilet waste pipe and connect new pipe to services. Job done with great skill and professionalism, with check on work by supervisor. Only gripe, difficult getting early date for repair. Very happy to recommend.

Useless
Another attempt to get the sink and drain fixed. Waited in from 08:00 - 13:00. Engineer calls at 14:50 saying he thought he had until 3pm. Perhaps has trouble understanding 24 hour time?
Wasted 2.5 days waiting in and rearranging schedule to still not have the problems fixed after 2 weeks.
Reference number DY-WO-5387199 for original visit and DY-WO-5415269 for today.
Even if the service through BG homecare was free for the landlord it isn't worth it!

Really useless
Really useless. No quote given ahead of appointment as promised, a whole day given as potential slot for work to take place. No communication on the day and, despite my many phone calls to them, no-one turned up and no-one called me. The operative then claimed they had tried to attend late in the day but this was not true, I was there all day and nobody came
Today I got a reply to my review - 10 months later!
