Our school needed a hero and dyno rod sent one. 3 inspector chambers and 9 toilets all overflowing, Conner arrived very quickly he was extremely professional and polite throughout. Not only did he unblock and rectify the problem he also left the area spotless.

Patrick was a star and unblocked our really horrible backed up drain running under the house - he even found large concrete lumps in it and removed them! Can’t thank him enough. Just in time as man hole was about to start over flowing into garden ! Thank you !

We had a blocked kitchen waste pipe
We had a blocked kitchen waste pipe, making the sink, washing machine, and dishwasher all back up [very messy and stressful]! Jamie, from Dyno Rod, attended twice and got everything clear and running smoothly again, and we're very grateful for it. A professional and friendly service, explains everything, and even tidies up at the end. Highly recommended. Thanks Jamie.

This is my 4th times booking my appointment with DYNO today 25 February 2025, scheduled from 8-1, I was told someone it is on the no one has turn up. Customer service never tell us the truth.

A Superb Service
What a relief! Our outside drain was on its way to being blocked which was causing a good deal of anxiety for us, so we booked an engineer to pre-empt the inevitable disaster. I cannot rate Mitchell H. highly enough. He telephoned to say he was on his way and arrived at the time stated. On inspection he explained everything to me clearly and proceeded to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. Everything was tested once the blockage had been dealt with and excellent advice was given for the future. Mitchell is a real credit to Dyno-Rod and his profession ... friendly and helpful whilst providing an all round excellent service at a time when one problem can so easily escalate into myriad problems! I would definitely use Dyno-Rod again and recommend them as a company. Thank you!

After a very slow start waiting and…
After a very slow start waiting and numerous phone calls to the office for an E.T. A. which I appreciate is difficult to give. It was a very difficult job but the Dyno-Rod team Patrick and Connor were outstanding in their perseverance in getting the drains cleared, despite the awful nature of the job they were very friendly and cheerful. A pity more people don’t work with such dedication.

Our engineer was a young man by the name of Ryan. He helped to diagnose the issue and agreed a strategy for swift resolution. Ryan was happy to have me watching, which must have been off putting for him but he remained polite and engaged for the whole hour he was in attendance. Would not hesitate in recommending Dyno - first class service!

Needed a quote for a drain and was…
Needed a quote for a drain and was given a time slot of 13:00 to 18:00. Waited in all day and he never turned up, not even a call (or apology ) to say he was gonna be late . At 18:20 I was told he would be another 30 - 40 minutes ,but stated he would come between 9:00 to 9:30 he was late again with no apology. I was told I would get a quote and never got one !! What a sham of a company!! NEVER AGAIN

Very good service but 4 day wait for appointment
Arrived on time, cleared the blocked drain in under ten minutes, polite and friendly. I only gave four, rather than five, stars because I had to wait four days for the appointment (it was not an emergency).

I had an emergency blockage draining situation where all the water from the neighbors above was draining into my shower due to a blocked main pipe. We called Dyno, and they arrived within less than an hour, almost at midnight. The young gentleman did an amazing job. He had special equipment to locate the blockage and unblocked it very quickly. The water is now draining better the ever.

Professional service
Have a problem with an outside rainwater drain when it rains heavily. The young gentleman who arrived surveyed the drain with a snake camera and identified the problem. He gave us a month-long guarantee that the main cause of the blockage is fixed.
Time will tell whether it's fully resolved or not.
