Really great service! Came out on Christmas eve! Friendly and polite

Phone answered very quickly. A reassuring, helpful and confident manner by Robert, who arranged an engineer for the next morning. Alex attended and did a thorough but efficient job of clearing the blockage and provided helpful advice about necessary repairs to the pipe. Well worth the service, we could thoroughly recommend Dyno-Rod.

The engineer arrived, surveyed the problem and decided he could not fix the problem. He left 30 minutes later and for this, no tools used, no problem solved service, Mr Robert Moore felt £148 was good value for money. I hope that you from making a similar mistake.

Quoted £200 to unblock an outside drain, only to be told half an hr into the job that it couldn't be unblocked.. & it would cost me another £450 for the privilege of sorting it. Called Down Drainage who sorted the issue in 15mins for £80 🤷‍♂️ Couldn't make it up, there's a reason why they ask for their jobs prepaid 😂😭 Avoid like the plague.

I would highly recommend this company if you ever need your drains done! Robert went over and above to ensure a date/time which suited me The guys that came out were very professional and explained everything to me I would not hesitate to use them again!

They say no call out charge in all their ads but asked for £185.00 up front and couldn't guarantee to fix the problem so what would the final bill have been??????

I would definitely recommend these guys. They were here early and did a great job. I thought I was never going to get this sorted. They went above and beyond to fix my problem and I am very grateful. Thanks a million

They rolled up and did exactly what they said. Flushed the pipes out and helped us out of what would eventually have turned into an emergency.

Very quick response, friendly team. Explained what needed to be done and all carried out on time and to a high standard.

Fantastic service, had quite a large job required from them and the gentleman who called out was great. Came out early which was helpful (I work nights) and got straight to it, left my drains perfect and cleaned up the excess mess that was caused prior to arrival can't recommend these guys enough

Excellent service. Arrived at the agreed time and sorted the problem quickly.

Given an appointment with an am time slot, chased up when the time slot expired to be told that the engineer would not be arriving until pm, extremely irritating. The engineer arrived at 4.30 pm but did a fantastic job with a very positive and friendly attitude. Well done Mark!
