Sandesh cane to fix a leaking pipe in the ceiling. We’d been told that we would need to have the floor boards taken up upstairs but Sandesh managed to locate where the leak was coning from almost immediately. He fixed it within 10 mins all without touching the floorboards! Super efficient. Thanks so much

Warren quickly identified the source of the problem, an unusual failure of a valve. He was able to source a replacement locally and fit it.
