Liam has been absolutely fantastic. He kept us informed of the work he was doing and any issues. He advised us accordingly and when work was completed he kept the area clean and tidy. Overall the service we received from Dyno Rod was fantastic. I would recommend without hesitation.

Would recommend
From start to finish (from initial telephone call to work being completed) the service was without fault. Appointment made at my convenience, Prompt arrival. Plumber was pleasant and able to explain plumbing problem and what he was going to do. Cleared up after himself.

This is what made my experience
This is what made my experience, so exciting. We had a leak, under the kitchen floor, and the floor is covered with tiles. The gentleman man Nayerian Ghaffar, came in with a smile on his yesterday morning 22/8/24. I showed him my kitchen, and got on with the job and he did a great job to compilation. That really made me happy and appreciative of a his work. I am indeed very pleased.

Booked on Thursday 8 August for Friday. First class service!!!!
Booked on Thursday 8 August for Friday 9 August at 8am ,as we were leaving our flat at 10pm for a holiday. The Dyno plumber turned up at 8am on the dot . By 9-30am he had fitted a new toilet seat with fittings . Job done . £40 for new seat and £130 to fit . Total cost £170. First class service. I gave him a £3 tip .

Dissatisfied with the service
An engineer came to fix a pump on the cold water pipe from the water tank in the loft. He inspected the loft and ordered the pump. He did not say that there was no power socket in the loft which had to be provided. The next time two engineers came with the pump and said that the wrong pump was ordered. They said the pump could be located in the bathroom on the 1st floor, where there was a socket, when the right pump came. The next time the first engineer came and said that a plug socket had to be fixed by me in the loft where the pump would be installed and the pump was the right one. I got the socket done, and the first engineer fixed the same pump in the loft, which is working fine. I had to waste three days on a job, which needed one day. On the very first visit I should had been told to install a power socket in the loft. Different engineers gave different information about the pump and where it could be located. Totally dissatisfied with the service

Friendly and knowledgeable.
The plumber who arrived was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the leak under my sink. He phoned half an hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way.
It would be helpful and useful if in future I could be given a time slot rather than having to wait I'm all day for an 8am to 6pm appointment.28th

Excellent service from Danny
I had an issue with no hot water feed to my bath and hand shower. It took a couple of visits before a more experienced engineer, Danny, attended the job. He was much more forensic in his approach and, through a combination of perseverance and experience, was able to diagnose the problem and sort it out. Thanks, Danny.
He was very friendly and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dyno always provides good service
Dyno always provides good service. It was no exception this time. Liam has done an excellent job sorting out my plumbing problem. He tested a few times to make sure the job is satisfactorily completed. He was polite, pleasant and very patient. He always wore a lovely smile on his face. I hope we have more young people like Liam who takes his work seriously and responsibly. Liam is definitely a 5 star plus.

Danny is the best thing about this…
Danny is the best thing about this experience with Dyno-rod. Our hot water cylinder was leaking and the job spilled over to 2 days. Danny got to grips with our Byzantine plumbing system and made sure he was booked to complete the work so we didn’t have to start over with a different plumber.
