Efficient, effective engineer, used initiative, pleasant demeanour.

The Fitter arrived early this morning and got on with removing a faulty radiator he also fitted a new tap for us. Lee couldn't have been more helpful his workmanship was faultless and a great ambassador for Dyno rod.

Darren was very helpful, knowledgeable and a great asset to your Company. He phoned ahead to let us know he was on his way. He worked efficiently and we would happily recommend Dyno-rod

Had a leaky tap and unfortunately our insurance was no help thankfully Dyno was able to help, called them at 9am was at mine by 11.30 and issue solved by 12pm. Plumber was extremely friendly and gave us some good tips to use going forward. Will definitely use if needed in the future!

I have given a good score today because the engineer that came today was very good and very thoughtful. The previous two that came for this job were not very good. One of them made a mess on the floor with water all over. Getting a good engineer is a hit and miss. The company needs to train all the engineers to provide a consistent helpful service.
