Great service. Engineer called before arrival. He listened to our description of the problem, clearly communicated what he was doing, and why in order to diagnose the problem. Would recommend this professional service.

Poor service
I booked an emergency repair at 10.15am on Saturday. They phoned me at 2.30pm to state they could not attend. This is just totally unacceptable.

Highly recommend - pleasant surprise to be honest
Phoned up yesterday about a drain problem my sick and elderly parents were having - and less than 24hrs later it's all solved. Whole process, service and price were absolutely excellent. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would and for an extremely reasonable price. The woman on the phone, and the guy who came and did the work were excellent too.
