Excellent service from Dyno-Rod – Charlie & Ollie

We had a flood in our utility room this morning after a pipe had become detached from the sink tap. Water was quickly flooding the room, so I contacted British Gas and was really pleased that they arranged for a plumber to attend the same day.

Charlie and Ollie arrived at around 1pm and were both extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They quickly assessed the problem, replaced the tap and made sure everything was working properly.

The whole job was handled efficiently and professionally, and everything is now back to normal.

A big thank you to Charlie and Ollie for their excellent service. They are a credit to Dyno-Rod, and I would definitely recommend them. 👍
