We had a toilet with a recessed cistern where the water wouldn't stop flowing. A previous contractor charged a callout fee and told us the only login was to replace the entire toilet! After getting in touch with Dyno, they sent out an engineer/contractor who managed to fix the issue in less than 15 minutes, and charged us a reasonable price for it.

I contacted my insurance and within 30 mins I had a call from Sam the engineer who arrived within 10 minutes from the call, my leak was under the kitchen floor and Sam had no hesitation in accessing the pipe through a very small accessing hole and repaired the leak within 30 minutes. A fantastic service.

We noticed that the chipboard flooring in our kitchen was very damp. Dyno sent an engineer who identified a leak under the floor, and indeed in an awkward position under some units where the pipe passed through the wall.
He came back a couple of days later, moved the units and completed a satisfactory repair. He replaced all the units completely undamaged. Not something I could have done! Despite the difficulty of the job, the engineer, Sam, was cheerful, courteous, and efficient throughout. He certainly exceeded our expectations.
