Great comms and service
Good comms. Appointment confirmed day before and again on the day. Carl A then called when he was 20 minutes away.
Carl A, the engineer, was knowledgeable, polite, respected our home and was open to answer any questions.
He was efficient and friendly and we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Thank you Carl A! Fixed our leaking/loose tap. Unsure it could be fixed we had already bought a new tap before the call-out date. Carl fitted the new one we had bought which fitted much better than the one he had just fixed ☺️. Quick, efficient and tidy workmanship.
