Very professional engineer Carl Trotter…
Prior to our appointment Carl Trotter the engineer called to confirm everything was ok for his visit and gave an ETA.
Carl was quick to inspect both jobs and explain what was needed for both. He was extremely professional and quickly answered any questions.
