Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Have now been waiting 4 weeks to have a radiator installed. Had 3 appointments the latest one today. When the engineer arrived he informed me that he doesn’t fit radiators at the weekend. They only do emergencies. This was the appointment I was given from them. Does anyone at the company know what they are doing!

Extremely happy with work carried out by engineer Gerald Gordon. So helpful from the first visit giving me a quote to completing the job. Very professional I have no complaints whatsoever. I will 100% recommend Dyno-Rod for any work and won’t hesitate to use them again!

Extremely knowledgable and impressive plumber. Looked at issue, took tools and materials from van and fixed two problems with kitchen tap very efficiently. Impressive!

Shower going cold
Despite the winter weather and the snow the engineer arrived as arranged.
He asked a few relevant questions and got to the root of the problem. New part ordered and should be fitted next week

Fast fix at good price
From booking a plumber on line to the actual work being done, communication was faultless.
Really liked the lack of call out fee and no obligation quote.
Plumber diagnosed the problem quickly and quoted a very reasonable price.
He was efficient and courteous and had the job done in less than an hour. Will definitely use Dyno-Rod again.

John is really very good and knows his stuff. Have had him come to do a few jobs in my house and he is very reliable and tidies up after himself too. I tend to ask for him specifically if I call for any work to be done as feel comfortable that a good job will be done.

Fran is very good on the phone when you feel a bit upset about things.
Mark came same day .and advised needed investigation to find how/where cold water crossing to hot water. Was straightforward ..and honest about it. But I am still grateful to Ryan who came on 2023 regarding an over flow over my bedroom window..I was telling him about the flat above me and their powershower.and he said then there must be a tank in the attic with ball cook needs fixing. If I hadn't passed that info on - it would still be running to this day after varirous years of it not being fixed and a lake forming .

A good job all round.
The entire process went well. Having noticed a leak from the bathroom hand wash basin inthemorning, I called Dyno and arranged a visit for the afternoon, between 1 and 5. The engineer, John, arrived just after 3 and immediately resolved the issue and advised me of the next steps to take.

Very poor work. Even after I asked for it to be fixed they came out and did a very poor job of trying to remedy. I’ll end up doing it myself.
