Needed a plumber to fix my toilet flush. Made an appointment for the next day and the job was carried out in a very friendly and professional manner

I called Dyno as I had a plumbing emergency… the plumber arrived a few hours later and was really friendly and efficient, he wasn’t able to make the repair there and then but returned a couple of days when the part was available and completed the repair…I have used Dyno a few times previously and have always found the plumbers to be first class… I would recommend them with no hesitation.

I had a great experience with Dyno. The plumber, Ewen, was brilliant. He called to let me know he was on his way and explained everything that needed to be done. He had another plumber with him, Ryan, who also helped him. He was also very friendly and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dyno to friends and family.

Phoned ahead and arrived in time. Fixedproblem in two visits. Good value for money. Fast phone pick up.

Booked the plumber online. He called when he was 10minutes away. Cost was given before the job was started. Replaced a part and fixed the problem in no time. Thank you very much! Super happy!

Plumber phoned in the morning to say he would be with me in 10 minutes. When he didn’t arrive I phoned his number. No reply. I phone again in 10 minutes and plumber answered. Was at another house and had called the wrong number but would arrive with us later. Plumber didn’t come and no phone call from anyone at Dyno to say why a plumber did not arrive.

John in Glasgow area was fast, honest and helpful. Did his job quickly and explained it clearly.

Had to call Dyno to fix a sink drain problem caused by our own diy attempt. Dyno sorted it within the hour. Can’t thank them enough. Gerald the plumber was ace,

2 days on and there's still sewage all over my bathroom. Dyno rod attempted to unblock my drains with a jet and instead sent sewage out all over a newly refurbished bathroom. I Called up the next day to ask what was going on to be told that the person they sent out "didnt do anything and I was to call scottish water"
Once I told them I have pictures of the mess that was left they said a manager would be in touch.
I called the next day and was told the same.

So if you want to have your house filled with the streets excrement Id highly recommend this company. If you don't like being lied to, having your time wasted and having to file a small claims court case to recover the costs of a deep cleaning and compensation to your tenants for having an unsafe/unsanitary house then I'd recommend going else where.
This was the Edinburgh branch that I had correspondence with in case anyone in this company wants to try and rectify this complaint.

A friendly and competent plumber who did the job satisfactorily. Office coordinator was also clearly communicating from appointment close out. I would recommend the company to friends for plumbing work.

Fast response, identified issue and fixed very quickly , excellent value for money

Excellent service as always from Dyno-Rod. Always show up when they say they will and I appreciate the pre arrival phone call. Our issue today ended up being a bit more complex than originally planned however the plumber kept us really well informed throughout and checked the additional cost was okay before proceeding. Really happy with the service.
