Ben from Wrexham came to sort the problem of a blocked drain.
He told me that this was not the work he normally does. However he set to and using a set of rods which he had purchased recently for personal use, he rodded the drain
from two directions vigorously and persistently and eventually freed the blockage.
Ben was very professional and worked extremely hard to solve the problem.

A guy called Ben from Wrexham came out & sorted our issue with the leak. An extremely polite, professional, knowledgable & hard working chap who I can highly recommend. If the CEO of Dyno-Rod reads this then you need to give him a pay raise & make sure you hold on to him. Thank you Ben!!

Plumber’s name was Ben , he was very good and quick thorough with his work, keep working area clean and tidy, he wear shoes cover before he inter the house, I thought that was very good, nice guy and I will recommend to use this company again. Thanks again

We had to get an engineer to come back as the first one didn’t fix the problem. Second plumber was more experienced and put right the errors made by the first one. Very inconvenient but at least the response was quick and at no extra. Charge

Quick efficient service and all for a good price.
Leaking cistern and dripping tap fixed. Quoted on Monday and work completed on Wednesday in under two hours. Excellent job by Harrison.

Great no nonsense service … had to negotiate plumbing in a very old house. Friendly , helpful and did soled the problem with no fuss. Definitely recommend. Thank you

Excellent service. Rectified an awkward problem and fitted new taps. V clean and tidy work and good maintenance advice given.

Jack, the engineer, called at the agreed time, for a second visit due to a leaking bath. The final issue, re-sealing a bath tap, was completed with the minimum of fuss and disruption. As previously, Jack was unfailingly polite, and explained what he had done in layman's terms.

I am in the west midland, I contacted Dyno Rod as another company had messed up my radiators. I First spoke with Mandy, she was excellent. All of the Engineers were totally awesome, they sorted out all my Radiators, and I Even contacted them to install an extra one from scratch. Ash the one engineer who installed the extra one and sorted out another two was amazing ( just supply him with coffee lol 😁) top bloke. The guys who sorted out the 1st two were great also
