I was so impressed with Dynorod
I was so impressed with Dynorod. They came exactly when they said they would, and fixed a massive underground leak. It also cost less than they quoted. They were kind, considerate and definitely went above and beyond. Would not hesitate to use them again.

An excellent response to an emergency…
An excellent response to an emergency callout via my insurer - NFU Mutual. The technician Ben did an excellent job in locating the cause of the central heating leak and undertook a very tidy repair. Whilst I did not actually choose DynoRod for the callout I would have no hesitation in recommending them on the basis of my experience yesterday.

I had a problem with a leaking tap. I went on line to book an appointment and was surprised to see availability for today. I had an immediate response, was emailed, messaged and rung with updates of arrival. Jack arrived and sorted the problem quickly and cleanly. I was pleased with the prompt and efficient response.

Copper solder joint leaking fixed
Once I had reported my leaks I was promptly contacted by dyno rod within 30 mins, after speaking to Keris she assigned the job to a engineer and I was contacted wishing a couple of hours to come and take a look at the job, 30mins later Matt the plumber turned up and fixed the leaking copper pipe new joints, was very polite and professional, and cleaned up well after he had completed the job, Over all I’m happy he made minimal mess cleaned up after and kept me informed throughout the job. Job well done. Thank you

12 hour round trip to attend site visit…
12 hour round trip to attend site visit to attend site visit wasting 3 days, to be quoted £1000 a day! Then told the company could not do it. The only reason I gave one star is they don't do lower.

We regret your dissatisfaction, Mr Parry-Gupta with the site visit and subsequent inability to proceed. We do mains water work, but unable due to size of Water soak-away needed at your property. We appreciate your feedback at no point did you say you would be traveling such a distance, thinking you were living there, we made the appointment around your availability, will review our processes to prevent similar situations like this again .
