Crested more of an issue than was needed and ignored instructions
Called hadting home emergency in all fairness very quick reply from dyno rod.
When i describe the issue i said it was a drop contained into a bucket. All the plimber needed to do was tighten one nut. He said that he was not allowed and woukd cut and cap the pipe. I told him not to and to leave it as is. He lied and said it was alreawy done. My daughter was there and he only started after our phone conversation just ignored me and cut the pipe. A tually creating more damage than was necessary. Ridiculous will never use dyno rod again for anything n commun sense or respect

Great work, done promptly
Barry had the job eyeballed and ballpark-costed on the spot, after several others had ignored or outright declined the work. A quote accurate to his guess arrived shortly after.
As of the following afternoon, the property water supply is tip-top again. All digs tidied and refilled afterwards.
Only thing I need to do is wait for some cement to cure on an internal refill, and then put a floor panel back.

An engineer who is a credit to the company
Brian is a credit to the company. Clearly knowledgeable, he highlighted the issues with our central heating system, explained what needed doing and completed a difficult installation. He concentrated on the job. He was very careful in ensuring minimum disturbance to us and keeping our house tidy.

I wish we had found Dyno-Rod earlier
I wish we had found Dyno-Rod earlier. After dealing with several other companies who were unhelpful and less than professional, we found the Dyno-Rod team informed, responsive, efficient and courteous. They were a pleasure to have in the house. And they were fairly priced too. I’m very happy and will definitely use them again.

Bathroom Conversion
I used this company for a bathroom conversion from walk in shower removal to fitting jacuzzi bath etc.
I found their workmanship great, nothing was too much for them . I also have to mention Barry their supervisor who was outstanding thank you . I would recommend these guys anytime.
