I rang Saga to report a leaking water valve. They sent the company, Dyno, in a British Gas liveried van. The man , who came, was very good. He replaced the valve in no time and explained why the original was leaking.

Terrible service from Dyno-Rod, rang on Saturday at 7 pm, for someone who was vulnerable, promised someone would be out within 4 hours but failed to show. Rang them at 11.30pm and told they had marked the job 'unable to gain access', put through to the engineer who insisted he had rang at 7.21 and as there was no reply, didn't come out. No record of any call on the phone he had supposedly rang (although there were records of calls received before and after that time, so clearly the phone was working, no coincidence that the England/South Africa rugby match was on). Promised to come out at 9.30 am the next day, failed to turn up at that time, but instead rang and insisted on taking payment before he arrived, although the contact centre had said pay on completion. Why would we pay someone who had proved completely unreliable!! Instead cancelled the job and found a local firm who were there within two hours, resolved problem efficiently and charged £50 less than Dyno-Rods quote. Try your yellow pages and find a local firm, don't bother with Dyno-Rod, have tried to find a phone number to ring and put this complaint to them, that has proved impossible too...

The plumber who came was polite and very knowledgeable. He identified the fault and dealt with it completely.

What a difference in a couple of days. This time I received a text and phone call prior to the arrival of the plumber who quickly identified the fault and has taken steps to organise the repair.

Had a flood in the bathroom and went through the insurance. Plumber came in less than an hour. Did a thorough check and found the cause of the leak. Lovely lad, friendly and helpful

John was very thorough in finding all the leaks in the kitchen ceiling and then repairing them. Then afterward, cleaned area where he worked and so I would use Dyno-Rod Plumbing again.

Good support when when we had a major problem with our water supply pipe. Excellent work in locating the problem and repairing it. Site cleared and made good.
Second fault affected tolet. This was responded to within a few days. Plumber attended and quickly repaired the faulty part.
Highly recommended!

The two men that turned up to fix my toilet were very pleasant and professional. All sorted within 20 minutes.

I’ve used dynarod a couple of times now and their service is second to none. Very friendly team and Clive was very knowledgeable answering any queries I had. Both occasions the team were punctual and more than happy to help. The costs were very reasonable and I will be using them again should I need to. I would highly recommend.
