I had frank Matthews come to fix a leak. He was absolutely fantastic. He came at 3am in the morning and fixed the urgent leak and ensured it was all resolved. He came to fix an additional but less urgent problem. He was very punctual, and great at communicating when he was going to be coming round. He was excellent and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Nick came today and did a really good job. Our plug had broken and it was getting stuck every time we closed it in our bathroom sink Nick 41e fitted a new plug and fixed the problem thank you so much!

Exceptional standard of work
Carl W replaced a radiator under my British Gas Home Serve agreement. His work was exemplary, leaving no mess. He completed the replacement speedily and to an extremely high standard - in fact, you wouldn't even know that the radiator had been removed and replaced!

Another outstanding Service from Steve Jordan
Steve came out to our property and immediately recognised that further work was needed to fix my toilet flush Valve. He ordered all the necessary parts straight away and made sure the follow-up appointment was booked in with the office without any delay. Everything was handled so efficiently from start to finish. That level of thoughtfulness and attention really makes a difference.
He was super friendly, personable, kind and professional, and we had a lovely chat while he was there. He was also quick, and thorough.
Steve has previously carried out work at another property of ours and was fantastic then too.
I have been so impressed with Dyno-Rod lately and that’s thanks to people like Steve.
A genuinely lovely guy and a real credit to the company. I will personally request Steve Jordan as he always delivers an outstanding service.

Leaking toilet
Helped out today by Adrian who fixed a leaking toilet.
He needed several new parts to fix it but fortunately had them all on board.
Afterwards he took the trouble to explain the cause of it all. Was very quick, professional and tidy.
