Exceptional service from British Gas Dyno-Rod engineer Genti. He replaced a huge leaking pipe that turned out to be a much bigger and more time-consuming job than expected, but he never rushed or cut corners. He spent hours ensuring everything was repaired properly and kept me informed throughout the process. He even repaired the cupboard that had to be cut open to access the pipes, leaving everything looking as good as possible afterwards. Genti is a genuinely amazing engineer and a real credit to British Gas. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Honestly fantastic service. Called and had Alan on site within a couple of hours. He was efficient, friendly very professional. Communication was great and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Jose De Sousa from the Dyno part of British Gas replaced a radiator at my house. The service was excellent, the work was done quickly and efficiently and he worked very tidely throughout. A thorough check was made to ensure that the new radiator was working properly.
He explained the process in understandable terms and organised the safe disposal of all the redundant parts. And importantly, Jose, and his working partner, were very nice guys. Thank you Jose!

80 year old man told not use bathroom while engineer pretended to isolate leak on an emergency call out. Told that an engineer would return on Monday to do the work. Two days later Monday arrives. Engineer claims the work can't be done for another week. So vulnerable elderly man has not bathroom to use for a week. How is that a priority sensible service.

Two very helpful men came to look at a rusty radiator in my bathroom, and reassured me with very good advice about what was needed.

Dillon mcilvenna fixed the job mistake done by previous engineer. Removed the bolts behind the washing machine and waited to check if the washing machine working properly and not shaking. Great service thank you so much.

I called Dyno-Rod to send someone out to check the blockage in my toilet. They arranged for someone to come out in two days' time on a Wednesday between 8-13. I called the office to check if anyone is on their way at around 12:00, but I was told that the guy is stuck at another job but he'll be there before 1pm. I called the office again around 2.15pm when there was still no sign of the enginer. They said that he is on it's way shortly, but at that point I asked them to rearrange the appointment for the next day. Around 1:15 he turned up and he told us that the toilet needs to be removed so they can have access to the waste pipe, but on top of the £195 it would be an extra £150. I told him that I need to think about it and will get back to him. I called him back in about 10 mins and asked him if he could do the work, he said yes and he will arrange it with the office and will call me back. This was on Thursday and I never got a call back. I got in touch with the office again on Monday and one of the lady sent me an email with a quote for the job, but now the fixed £195 turned into £195/hour + VAT. I emailed back on the 11th April that wasn't the quote that I originally received. She never responded to my email. I called the office again on the 15th to asked them if they can come out and do the job, and I was told that someone will get back to me by 10am the following morning on the 16th April. AGAIN, no-one has called back. I again sent an email to ask them if they could give me an update and AGAIN no response from them at all. I think I just dodged the bullet with this company, as I dread to think what would have happened if they did complete the work and something had gone wrong with that.

I'm giving 4 stars as its taken 3 weeks to get things sorted to a degree.Due to communication issues with dyno rod and dyno plumbing.(owned by British Gas))as well as two no shows which were shared at end of the day so two wasted days from work
Issue blocked toilet.
Finally got a plumber out who diagnosed the issue and within 2 days a plumber attended to repair the recommendations which were necessary. This involved removing the toilet and changing some pipes.
He was brilliant ,knowledgeable,courteous worked at speed and tidy can't fault his service. There is still some more to do as the blockage goes further than what was thought, hopefully be sorted with jetting

We found ourselves without any hot water or cold water from some of our taps. This was due to a major airlock that occurred when our watertank drained. Dynorod sent out a great engineer, called Kunal. He was very polite and respectful. He patiently worked to clear the stubborn airlock. We are very happy with the service.
