Great job by Mo N and Rob Lee, they diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, poor installation by our plumber was causing a blockage, I expected to them to clear it and tell me to get the guy back who did the job in the first place! but the were excellent, they cleared the pipes and fixed the job that had been poorly done! I was delighted with the outcome and felt they had gone above and beyond, both were very friendly and very professional.

Dyna-rod claims to be a drain cleaning and plumbing company. When I called them to attend my property they refused to do any plumbing work and sent me a hefty bill none-the-less.
They have not replied to any e-mail since.

Had a visit from a very helpful (and strong) young man this morning to help me with what I thought was a blocked drain. It turned out that the drain was fine so there was nothing for him to do. It was very reassuring to have it checked though. Now I have to work out what the problem is.

Quick to arrive & sort out my blocked drains

Fantastic experience today. Booked on line this morning….job complete before 2pm. Blockage cleared and all drains working perfectly.

We had a call from the DynoRod operative. Could he arrive early? Perfect! Good guy. V friendly. He knew exactly what needed doing. Showed me the camera's findings in our drain and sorted out the problem. Good job jobbed. I had initially searched on Checkatrade but was bombarded with quite aggressive sales calls so used Dyno Rod instead. Very pleased I did. 100% will use again. Highly recommended
