Two men came to check the drain in my garden, just to take measurements of the drain, spend 15 min doing so and charged me £190.
After 3 weeks, no one came to fix the drain or even contact me with an estimated price..
They promised they would reach out but no one ever did

Professional and friendly sevice
I thought I had a blockage from my kitchen sink drain, which I tried to clear myself, however I couldn't so this morning I phoned dyno rod and within two hours Andy phoned to say he was on his way. Andy sourced the problem straight away, so it was a quicker job than I anticipated. Andy was polite and friendly, a professional company which I would recommend.

Nice lads & good service
Rang about 10am 2 lads turned up about 12:30 to unblock our external drain, sorted the problem & cleaned the patio up afterwards.
Quick, efficient & great service. Can’t complain at all

The service was amazing. The Engineer that came to sort out our problem was very professional, honest and walked us through the entire process, could not ask for more.

Blocked outside Kitchen Drain
Unblocked within 15 mins - fantastic. This was after I tried a local franchise operator - who spent 3 hours on the job with little success. And the Dyno-Rod chap was a lot cheaper. Very happy with Dyno-Rod.

Scott did a great job root cutting my mum’s external drainage pipes. Very friendly, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it every step of the way. Excellent service.

No call out charge
I had a bad smell in my kitchen. I wasn’t sure if there’s a blockage or it’s due to plumbing so decided to get dynorod to come and have a look. They called me 10-15 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. Assessed my drains and no blockage so they didn’t charge me. Both men who came were very polite and helpful.

Scott came to do a survey for a EV charger today. Very friendly and helpful and suggested alternative route to that proposed which should work better.

Road Gulley Cleared
Appointment booked online very easily, text to confirm, Scott called me 20 mins before arrival. Cleared two road gulleys on a private road. Scott was professional, friendly and quickly resolved issue. Happy to recommend. £190 is bit expensive but probably not out of line with similar services so I was happy.

Service was great kitchen drain blocked
Service was great . Only reason giving 4 * is parting with £190 for the pleasure. Guys were friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault their advice and help. Frustrating as we have a heavy duty site vacuum in the garage and that was what sorted the blockage from the waste pipe from the kitchen. So for anyone else- if you can - try that 1st.
Great advice - NEVER use crazy drain products and so glad we didn’t. Initial different company had advised that.

I would recommend using them
The customer service is very good and very efficient at getting you booked in
The chap that came and sorted the issue in person was excellent and very knowledgeable at what was required. He was quick and able to sort the problem out very well. He was friendly and personable
My only issue with dyno-rod is I believe it’s fairly expensive in the grand scheme of things. I do believe that other companies of similar note are also in the same price bracket. So perhaps overall the drain services are expensive. I feel if it was 40 or so pounds cheaper then it would be 5 start rather than 4. However, for any other drain related problem I will still use dyno-rod.

We had a great experience with Andy from Dyno-Rod. As well as being an extremely nice guy, he turned up exactly on time and the problem was fixed within 40 mins. We’d have no hesitation in calling him out again
