If I could give 0 stars, I would...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!!
I ordered a set of 3 bags sizes for $86 & they only sent me 1 set. They tried to blame it on porch pirates, but clearly, they did not send the entire order. And even if this were true, I paid for the shipping insurance which would have covered theft. I have been going back & forth via email for weeks and the only thing they keep offering is a $17 refund. The emails are clearly autobots as I keep explaining this is a ridiculous solve to an $86 incomplete order. The 1 set of large bags I received are very flimsy, but I would have tried them if I had received the full order. I now have to chalk this up to a scam and loose the rest of the money for the bags I did not receive.

Ordered on 1-31-26 minimal updates and then stone cold silence. Customer service does not respond to emails. Absolute worst experience I've had. DO NOT ORDER FROM EASY MALL STORE

Having prepaid for my orders two months ago ie in April and in May, The items I ordered weren't shipped to me nor was I provided with a tracking number. The person at aaryan retail who's mob no is-9087966565 had promised a refund since he said that the orders were held at Chinese customs and we're not shipped. He had promised a refund 3 weeks ago but did not take any action.
Last week when he finally answered my call, he gave me an assurance that the refund was done on Thursday and that I would get a refund in 2 days...I have messaged him yesterday and today, since the refund has not been credited to me..he has neither responded to my message nor has he taken my call...It's high time that the fraudulent and malicious intent of these people are highlighted to the concerned authorities and they are penalised. Otherwise these people will end up making fraud as their career option and will cheat many more people in the future.

Ordered for Xiaomi Mijia Sign Pen Refill 0.5mm MiKuni Japan Ink, vide order ID they charged me ₹618 for 2 pens and what I received was a cheap copy not even worth ₹50. Please beware of such fraud site’s operating in the name of e-commerce. Better to stick with Amazon or Flipkart

My order made on 13 -6-2023 for which cancelled request given same day. But amount paid on behalf of myself
to Eassymall by Simpl account is not refunded to Simpl till date ie 19-6-2023. Eassymall
delays the matter and giving a reply as approval of cancellation is pending and Eassymall is nothing to do with Simpl.
I will take up this matter with cyber crime department and consumer court if they didn't pay the money soon. The reviews about this e-commerce company Eassymall s business activities is not satisfactory in reviews columns of other websites. If you public buy any item from Eassymall then you may be deceived by this fraud company.

Its BIG fraud company, as i order on 2nd may with id OID78261 , didn't move the products from 10days , after that i cancelled order , asking for refund , from easymall payment is cleared on 11may , but yet i haven't received any money, continuosly making mail, received usless explanation. Dont buy any products from easymall

Ordered a product on 13/12/2022 OID 73349 but till now it's not been delivered. No tracking Id, no replies except order confirmation. It looked like i have been cheated. However, when I posted a negative review, I got an email stating that my order would be delivered by 9/10.01.2023.This is disgusting, they should inform the probable date of delivery at the time of receiving the order. Why they are advertising a product which is not readily available with them.
Mend your business module, otherwise someone like me would drag you to a court of law for taking unsuspecting consumers for a ride. So much of negative reviews means you are not a honest business entity.

I ordered a product on 17/11/2022 but till now it's not been delivered. No tracking Id, no replies. It looks like i have been cheated. This company is fraud and looting people's hard earned money. Never buy any products. I wish these people rot in jail

Had i any option to give negative feedback, i would have given it. I was in hurry that I got carried away and bought item on this website. It was total fake item. Looking alike original. Got broken during installation.

I had ordered 2 rubber covers of canon dslr camera, they were delivered in 30 days. Although not original, but to an extent fitting.

eassymall.com is not a fraud site, i have purchased "4-Way Macro Focusing Focus Rail Slider for Canon Nikon Macro Photography".it was shipped from outside india and i received the item after 25 days.
