This is a discriminating company. Just because I live on a Portuguese island, they don't deliver. However, if I buy through the UK site and pay more, including more taxes, they will.

It's a bad company policy, changed whenever needed to fit their needs. (Placed a warning about mainland shipping after I placed my order.)

Buyers beware!

I wouldn't recommend buying any kind of products from this company.

Exceptional service and support.
I’ve experienced few businesses which are as helpful and pleasant to deal with and that’s not because others aren’t good
I spoke to sales, orders, and technical support to assess just what I did or didn’t need. Nobody tried to push or rush me into buying anything at all and everyone was so pleasant and patient to be as informative and helpful as they possibly could be.
Can not rate this company highly enough.

I place 1–2 orders each month, and this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had to change my order twice, and they responded within an hour or two, without any issues. I also had questions about my project, and they provided detailed and helpful answers. If you run a business and Easy Composites is your supplier, you won’t have any problems working with them. Have a new order? Order materials, and in 2–3 days it will be at your doorstep. The materials are top quality, the prices are affordable, and the website is easy to navigate.

wasted journey, found the visit very disappointing especially as it states on the website its has a demo room.
obviously a very professional company.
but phoned up and spoke to a member of staff.
Asked if it was possible to come up for advice and be shown the process, was told Bests to come after 2pm but didn't need to book a appointment.
after a drive of over an hour and a half. was told very politely we don't do that, a nice person did come out and verbally explained the process and was very helpful. but to be honest i could have just watch the company's YouTube video.
because i couldn't watch someone doing the process felt the only thing i could do was to buy one of their starter kit so it wasn't a complete waste of me and my partners time.
My advice is if you phone up double check everything you agree.

A company that cares about their customers. Fast shipping /great communication . Will be my main source for all my projects.

Great site. They have a top Service if something gets broken or doesnt work the way it should. They answer pretty quick.

from the moment i placed an order, i was given emails showing what was ordered, when it was expected, and every time it was dispatched the next working day. I live on the Isle of Man, and we still get the parcels within 3 days. Products are superb, and the prices are more than reasonable.
I did have a shipment that was in 2 boxes, and only one turned up, but Customer Service were quick to sort and it was delivered the next day. I cannot fault the service at all.
I even made a mistake on one order, (ordered the wrong type of gelcoat) but Customer Services quickly swapped it out before it was sent, and allowed me to pay the difference.
All round perfect company to deal with.

We have been using EasyComposites' webshop for two years and have never encountered any issues. Orders are consistently processed quickly, and delivery is fast. However, during our last order, we received materials that were cut to the wrong size, which prevented us from delivering our project, as we relied heavily on those materials. Fortunately, customer service responded promptly and sent a replacement at no charge. Even if there are issues with your order—possibly not due to the sender's error—the customer service is exceptional, helping to resolve problems in record time.

Easy to use web site. I got exactly what I needed to repair my sons stunt kite. Payment process using PayPal was good. Also the item was delivered the next day.
Will definitely use again if the situation arises.

Recently attended their excellent and very knowledgeable Open day training course. Well structured and thought out content with both demonstration and practical sessions throughout the day. A very progressive company their product range, technical knowledge, online training and classroom training are possibly the industry benchmark.

My second open day with Easy Composites, and once again delighted with the day.
Great mix of 'theory' (explanation really...) and hands-on experience.
Left me with a better understanding of when resin infusion is the process of choice, whether it was a compromise compared to other processes etc etc - and then I got to do some :-)
And having done even a very simple 'project' like this really gives you the confidence to "do it yourself".
Add to that a nice bunch of folks from Easy Composites, and a classroom of 'like minded' (well all interested in CF infusion :-) ) - makes for a good day out.
Couldn't recommend the Easy Composites experience any more highly.

Contacted Easy Composites to ask advice for best product to repair damage to my Giant SLR carbon wheel. Took the wheel to their facility in Stoke on Trent where Paul provided outstanding customer support and technical advice. Amazing service. Thanks

The advice from Easy Composits is straight forward and reliable.
Their products are reliable and of very high quality.
They were quick to contact me when there was an issue with any of my orders, and filled and dispatched my orders in a timely fashion.
Would recommend and definitely use again.

I recently attended the first open day for Out of Autoclave Prepreg products. I have to say the whole day was magic. The workshop and its facilities are first class. The team, led by Paul and Matt are so down to earth you feel like friends from your first contact. The open day workshop was delivered at a level that was understood by all with detailed explanations where needed. If you are looking at projects in composite materials, no matter how small, these guys can assist with technical advice and product selection. Their inventory of products is impressive, and they have all the materials you would ever need. I for one will only every purchase my composite products from Easy Composites and I will certainly be look to book on training courses when they return.

Had big issues with the carbon fibre starter kit, I believe I had a bad batch. As I used a competitors resin and I have a perfect finish. But with this it was awful, loads of bubbles! I asked for a refund and they are avoiding it. I also placed a review on their website but they removed it. So i have to do it here. I will be taking further, as their product is not fit for purpose. So I would avoid at all cost if you are thinking of buying their resins or starter kit!

Good quality products. Delivery was quite slow given how expensive it is, but apart from that the service is excellent.

Excellent customer service. Lewis went over and above to try and get my order out today—a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.
