My experience with Easyfinancial left…
My experience with Easyfinancial left me feeling like I simply could not trust them. They tried to give me $1,500 more than I had actually asked to borrow, which immediately raised red flags for me and made the entire process take significantly longer than it should have. I knew how much I wanted to borrow, and I did not appreciate feeling like I was being pushed toward taking on more debt than I requested.
I eventually opted to receive the funds by e-transfer and was told to allow up to two hours. I waited the full timeframe and received nothing. When I called Easyfinancial back, I was then told that the funds would instead be directly deposited into my bank account and that I could be waiting up to two business days. It ended up taking the full two business days, and I was given no meaningful option to access the money sooner.
The entire process felt deceptive, unnecessarily drawn out, and seriously damaged my trust in Easyfinancial. When dealing with a financial institution, especially when borrowing money, transparency should be one of the most basic expectations. I should not have to question whether I’m being pushed to borrow more than I asked for or whether the information I’m being given about receiving my funds is actually accurate.
By the end of this experience, I had completely lost confidence in Easyfinancial. If I cannot trust a lender to be straightforward with me about the amount I’m borrowing and how and when I will receive my money, I have no interest in doing business with them. I will not be borrowing from Easyfinancial again.

I felt informed and well looked after. I was very shocked at how good my credit actual is. This gives me positive reinforcement for my financial future. Thank you all.
