Hey Kevin! Thanks for sending over additional info per our request. It looks like our specialists have been in contact. You don't have a website, so you have no place to process payments, and we can't verify what you are selling. We are also still missing most of your documents, so there is no way to get you approved.
If you'd still like a merchant account once you get your website set up, we're here to help.

I have never dealt with a worse company in my life. I am not sure if they are going out of business or just the rep Stan is having cognitive decline issues.
Submitted an app 18 days ago and since that time they have lost my bank statements, photo ID and void cheque TWICE. I have called him twice to reminded him that it’s in his email, then he disappears again. Very very concerning.
My boss called to speak with a supervisor today and he advised her there were no supervisors or anyone else to speak with. No supervisors? Very odd.
This is one shady company. I would never ever ever let them handle my money.

GREAT payment processor
If you process payments online and fall into a high risk category this is the company to use. Ive seen negative reviews and they all appear to be user error so to speak. They aren't magicians, but if you have an ACTUAL business and need great processing, this is who you turn to. After being shut down by multiple processors including stripe, easy pay direct was able to get me setup and running quickly. One thing people need to understand is that they underwrite accounts, so it's not instant approval, it takes a few days.

Hello! I am sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately we currently only work with clients in the USA and Canada. And certain products are not eligible for merchant accounts due to government regulations and other issues. I'd love to know why you were declined but since your profile is not verified I can't see any information or look you up in our system. I hope you got your payment processing worked out, and I do apologize for any time we wasted. I would like you to know that all information is kept private as we are a financial institution, and we do not share data with anyone.

Very unhappy about the sudden increase in monthly charges. They increased what I had understood as my monthly charges by nearly 400%! :-(
