I’ve had a really Extremely Disappointed: Filters Failed Early and No Support from New Ownership…
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with my Reverse Osmosis system from Easy Water, now owned by Watts Water. Not only did my whole-house water filtration system fail originally—something they eventually replaced after a lot of hassle and expense on my part—but the RO system I has been a constant problem. The filters, which should last a year, only last about 1.5 months. Although they initially provided a few free replacement filters, I requested a full system replacement and coverage for a plumber to install it, given the ongoing issues.
Now that Watts Water owns Easy Water, they’ve told me they won’t replace any more filters and don’t plan to help further. This entire ordeal has been incredibly time-consuming and costly, and I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of long-term support. I’m giving them 1 star.
