Hired Ecomcy for Amazon product photography across 4 products. Written brief specified real home lifestyle environments, specific shot scenarios, 16:9 video, and A+ content based on our provided layout.
What was delivered: AI-generated backgrounds applied to studio shots instead of real lifestyle photography, video in vertical 9:16 format unusable on Amazon, licensed character IP throughout images, product colors rendered inaccurately, and A+ content layout instructions completely ignored despite being provided in writing and acknowledged by the team.
After 2 months of detailed written feedback and escalation to the owner and head of finance — no refund was offered. Received written legal threats for raising legitimate contractual concerns.
Every claim here is documented in writing including their own internal spreadsheet acknowledging unusable images.
Would not recommend for photography, video, or A+ content services.
