We needed good accessibility to my front door and the back garden as I am an electric wheelchair user. My husband is good at DIY. Using individual lengths and a kit we now have a very attractive ramp and decking that means I can access our garden.
Everything arrived on time, simple instructions.

I first purchased a 2 x 2. Something decking pack through B&Q back in July I was very impressed with how easy it was for my son to put together for me beneath my pergola the quality was impressive too and it looks lovely.
I then purchased directly from e decks a seconds/regect pack again every thing you need is provided in the package and easy to assemble.
They are well worth getting no cutting down to size so no waste either brilliant!
I under measured for my second project so I need to order another small kit to complete it.
I would most definitely recommend buying from edecks the delivery guys are very efficient too and the prices are very competitive.

Quality and efficiency

Order as expected and delivered on time. Decking was mostly straight with only one length bowed abit. very happy with the service. Was the cheapest and delivered within 3 working days.

Did everything as arranged at a good price

I bought a decking kit, as a competent flat pack furniture maker not shy of a bit of diy I thought it would be easy, as all I needed to do was drill and screw the wood together, to start with the delivery took over a week, so don’t order if your need quickly as even though they advertise super fast delivery it is not. The order finally arrived and the next day I attempted to put it together, to start with the joists were slightly different lengths, warped and bent making it really difficult, after starting to lay the decking panels out on top I realised the whole thing was the wrong size, I had 2 decking planks left over and when I measured the joists they were 1.8m when I had ordered the 2.1m. I contacted the company to be told I should have measured them on delivery and that now I had put it together all I was entitled to was a part refund! I explained I was entitled to what I had paid for and they finally, after some back and forth - the support chat is rather frustrating taking ages to get a reply, they finally agreed to send out the correct length joists. These then again took a little while to arrive but were in slightly better condition than the shorter ones previously delivered. I had discussed how frustrated I was with the whole situation with a colleague at work who kindly offered to help me undo the joist I had already put together and help me finally finish it! he runs his own handyman business on the side and he also had trouble saying the wood was poor quality, a lot of the decking panel where warped and he had difficulty getting a proper straight finish on them all, I owed him a beer after that as I’m not sure I would have been able to get a good finish at all!

All good stuff, I’ve now got a water tight garage at an excellent price, fast delivery as well
