To update my review of 20th July after receiving some warped decking boards and I couldn’t finish the job. Customer services were in touch and sent out two extra boards that were as straight as a die and in time for me to finish the job. Great service thank you

Improve your tracking to be even better.
Delivery driver who was alone worked well & was very helpful. Should have had two men working in my opinion.
Would have scored higher if you had better tracking so I knew when it was arriving.
Item looks ok but as now on holiday has yet to be assembled.

hardwood handrails and baluster kit
The hardwood handrails and balusters look very nice. Have plenty of new drill bits as the wood is very hard. Down sides - the screws supplied for fixing the hand and base rails to the balusters are not fit for purpose, they are too short so you don’t get enough purchase into the balusters, also the brackets are a bit flimsy. Bit simply replace all the fixings from screwfix and you are good to go
