I like the frames I ordered but couldn’t understand why it took 7 weeks. Apart from that the worst part was waiting for UPS to deliver. Completely frustrating. It took 3 days for them to deliver. Each day I was told it was out for delivery then I was told it was delayed. No reason given. Dislike the service from UPS.

I needed some replacement frames for my existing glasses which I had broken and couldn't get locally. Edel Optics had what I needed and I received them 3 1/2 working days after ordering them and they were perfect. Great service and a great price

Edel Optics sent the wrong prescription but frustratingly refused to refund me for their mistake, so I have lost £170.00. This is a sadly classic case of 'buy cheap, pay twice' (and not that cheap either). To avoid Edel Optics taking your money but sending you the wrong product, I recommend you use an alternative, trustworthy retailer.

The key issue which makes you distrust is Edel Optics' UK website does not mirror typical UK prescription values. So you cannot input the same prescription values from (for example) Boots or Specsavers into Edel Optics' webform.

Disturbingly, Edel Optics' Customer Services don't help with this effectively either. Indeed, in my experience, I had repeated conversations with Customer Service AFTER making the mistake of ordering prescription glasses from them. None of those conversatons gave me any confidence to trust that I could order the correct prescription.

They offered to refund one lens - ONE - if I paid in advance (again) for another set. Offering a refund is of course a clear admission of their error. This is weak gesture of bad will, however, particularly with no guarantees of getting the order right the second time around.

So I would be £340.00 out of pocket, with an unsatisfactory refund of a mere £85.00 to possibly get another wrong prescription. And then have to a third, correct, prescription set from a trustworthy retailer instead.

As it stands, I'm £170.00 out of pocket thanks to Edel Optics bad prescription glasses service and ineffective customer support, and instead have paid £190.00 with a mainstream/High Street UK retailer which has offered a fitting service too.

So becuase Edel Optics admitted its error but refused to refund, the 'cheap prescription glasses' that they offer has depressingly turned into a £360.00 nightmare. Still, if I'd ordered from them again, it could have been even worse.

Obviously, I wish I'd avoided Edel Optics and used a trustworthy retailer in the first place, and would urge you to do so, too. I urge you to please avoid making my costly mistake. I certainly won't make it again with these snake oil salespeople.

No issues and prompt delivery. However no packaging,the boxe the glasses came is completly smashed to bits,no good for a gift,luckily the glasses are intact.

I ordered Lacoste glasses frames on Friday 29th November 2024 and received them on Monday 2nd December 2024. They were brand new frames sent in a brand new Lacoste glasses case. They were urgently needed to replace my original frames which got broken by accident. After receiving them I had the lenses from the old frame fitted to the new frame later that day.
Very pleased with receiving them so quickly.

So easy to order and very fast delivery

Disappointed that the Ralph Lauren sunglasses were not in a proper Ralph Lauren box

Is easy to collect parcel

The box arrived with no plastic cover. The UPS driver left it outside in torrential rain. I live in Ireland and it rains A LOT. I know we are trying to cut down on plastic but sometimes it is essential. When I came home from work the box was so wet it disintegrated. Luckily the glasses inside were OK. This was a gift and I had no box to wrap them in. So easily avoided with a plastic outer wrapper.

Super fast service, frames ordered on the 22nd and delivered on the 24th. No stress.

Great products at a great price little bit late arriving but that's the couriers and was kept informed about delays
