We bought a mobility scooter from Eden mobility May 2025 it broke down in September, it has at present taken 4 months for a repair and still not sorted, they never phoned back
They could improve communication, honesty and speed of repair

Visited the Barnsley store with my…
Visited the Barnsley store with my father for the first time yesterday and was warmly welcomed by Carol. We’d gone to look at wheelchairs as my Dad’s mobility has significantly declined recently. Carol guided us through the choices and let us try out several models, including fitting them in the car.
Carol was lovely with my Dad, helping him get in and out of each wheelchair properly and ensuring he was comfortable. Her expert advice was invaluable and we were delighted to be able to take our purchase away with us.

Met Debbie at York, Hull Rd outlet,she was most helpful sorting insurance, giving advice on purchases I made as extras to the EDEN Genie Auto. We went to Eden Mobility in Barnsley as suggested by my friend, Stacey. We were greeted by Diane who looked after us and was very lovely and I tried the electric chair that she suggested and I loved it and so purchased it. It was needed and I am pleased.

Called in to this store on Thursday 21/8/25 for a scooter. After Diane, the store manager, had kindly demonstrated 4 different scooters for the boot of my car, I can only say her genuine consideration and willingness to listen to what I needed was truly amazing.
