Couldn’t have asked for a better service from Michelle. She even lent me a wheelchair to get my uncle to the shop as he was struggling to walk from the car park. She did a full assessment and let him try out a couple of models before he settled on one. Altogether a very smooth, easy transaction at a difficult time. Thank you Michelle for all your help

Brought mum for a car boot scooter and the welcome was excellent, Have and Michelle were lovely people to help us, they were very knowledgeable about the products on offer and made mum feel totally at ease, was the best shop we have been in and will totally recommend them, service was 100%,great experience they are super guys, please pass on our thanks

I went into to eden mobility in doncaster to ensure about upgrading my 8mph scooter, really polite young lady called Michelle helped me out ,I was really pleased with the advice I received 😀 everything was explained clearly to me ,not at all pushy, I was very happy 😊

Been to eden mobility doncaster today…
Been to eden mobility doncaster today and spoke to Michelle, she was amazing couldn't have been more helpful. I had demonstrations on two differen't scooters and we then drove the to the car to see if i could get it in by myself, all was good. Michelle you are a star you went above and beyond to help me. Still wouldn't have had a scooter if it wasn't for your help. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a mobility scooter. Thank you Michelle.

Was greeted on arrival by Michelle. We were left to browse the shop which was clean and well equipped. All questions were answered, Michelle was polite and friendly and gave us good advice, the whole experience was a joy and we would highly recommend using the shop for any mobility aid

Wonderful, knowledgeable Staff
Today was our third visit to Eden Mobility. Michelle served us again and she was her usual friendly, knowledgeable & helpful self. When I went into the doncaster store I was met with a lovely lady michelle whom talked me through everything and she was really thoughtful throughout. She showed me the scooter that I was interested in and showed me how it worked. She was very professional in her work she talked me through everything I needed to know. I would totally recommend to all my family n friend to use this store.

Positive experience.
I visited the Doncaster shop with my Mother in Law as she needed a mobility scooter. We met Dave. Dave knew exactly what my MIL needed. She was able to have a ride on the scooter outside to get a feel of what it’s like to use. Dave explained everything about the scooter, delivery expectations and the paperwork. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Although he was busy he always greeted other customers coming in the shop.
The delivery was quick (3 days after buying) and the member of staff who delivered the scooter took time to explain everything. Thanks to all the staff involved with our positive experience.

My mum has used this company for 20 years ,my dad ordered a scooter paid alot of money for it,the lady in the shop was lovely and helpful.when it arrived no charger no basket my dad who cannot walk was devastated. I rang eden mobility and all I got human error well I think it's very very bad customer service

After myself and my partner spoke to the highly knowledgeable staff, we settled on leasing a power chair. The process was quick and smooth.
