Paul was brilliant, very helpful with choosing the right mobility scooter for my dad, and arranging a free home trial for him.

Paul Wilson at the Mansfield shop was extremely welcoming and also humorous, which was an added bonus! Many people who need mobility aids do not want them but Paul was very empathetic and helped my Mum choose the right equipment. We wouldn't hesitate to return if we need anything else. Paul is a rockstar!!

We recently had an urgent need for a replacement mobility scooter, and the team at Eden Mobility in Mansfield were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their customer service, professionalism, and genuine care were second to none.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome, understood our situation, and went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. They took the time to listen, offered clear and helpful advice, and made the whole process completely stress-free.

The Mansfield team are a true credit to Eden Mobility – their dedication, knowledge, and compassion made all the difference. We left with the perfect scooter ordered, total peace of mind, and gratitude for such excellent service.

He is very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells and the advice he has given me.
