Popped in last weds with my mum. She’s reluctant to use an aid but Max really made her feel like it wasn’t such a big deal offering her lovely advice and giving her real life examples of customers younger and older than her. Highly recommend this store.

I went into the Eden shop in Skelmersdale to look at wheelchairs the lady who helped me was very nice and told me what I need to know.i went back Wednesday to buy the wheelchair and was helped by max very helpful I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends

I visited the skelmersdale store last…
I visited the skelmersdale store last week and there was a man called max and he helped me so much to find the right product for me. He had such patience with me because I wanted to know all about the products because I have such bad legs I wanted the best for me. We found the best for me and it has helped me so much. Great experience…
I had spent all morning looking for something lightweight, nice to look at to support my walking. As soon I walked in Max at Skelmersdale assessed the request he knew what I wanted and the first model he brought out was perfect.

Max is Ace at the Skem Store…
I visited the Skelmersdale store on 13th April and was assisted by Max as I needed a walking stick.
Max was very helpful and patient. He explained the different types of stick to me and I finally made a choice.
Max was very friendly and answered all of mine and my friends questions about other mobility products.
A very pleasant experience and would recommend Max to any one who wishes to shop.

I went in with my mother as she needed…
I went in with my mother as she needed a walking stick, Max helped us out, and he was great. Very helpful. All the staff were happy to help, and made my mum feel very welcome. She left vey happy. Everyone was very chatty. Great service!

I had a lovely time at coffee morning at Eden. Our host Laura was fun and friendly, she didn’t even mind me staying for a second cup. As someone who doesn’t get out and about much. I visited the twice and found Max to be very helpful , he explained everything to me about the walker and demonstrated how to use it correctly.
I went back again to buy the walker and Max was very helpful again and I would recommend Eden mobility to anyone looking for aids or equipment.

Shower stool
I was in the skelmersdale branch i bought a stool for the shower, received excellent customer service . Would highly recommend , the store manager was a pleasure to deal with.

Lee , was very helpful with our inquiry. My wife has a collapsible scooter, which is a little heavy to lift into my Astra boot. Lee explained the ease and lightness of the scooter we have gone for. He explained to my wife how to use it , and explained to me how easy it is to fold up. Also how light it is. Lee is a very polite and courteous salesman. Thank you.
