Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this company!!!! Unless you want to run around and do all the leg work and wait months to get your supplies, and then get totally price gouged . They charged me 1500 for a 3 month supply of libre 3+ freestyle ( which afterwards I started paying out of pocket without using my insurance and only paying 245 for a 3 month supply.) Immediately, after checking to see if it was a Price error Customer service replied rudely with a NO!!!. I immediately told them that I don't want to use them anymore but they still seem to spam me with text and voicemails about refilling my order. Some how they keep spamming me.

Extremely disorganized and unreliable. I had an infant who needed a thickener for milk which was supplied by edgepark. They send emails asking to confirm the shipment but when I tap on the link to go to my portal it would show nothing about it. When I called about it they said those emails can be ignored. When I call about a shipment that is delayed they can't tell me why it was delayed, just tell me that it is in process now. I started with 3 containers a month and as my baby's intake increased the number of containers needed naturally increased but they made the process so hard. Every agent i spoke to said something else like they would say it has already shipped but when i called 2 weeks later they say they havent received an updated prescription. And then the next agent would say the insurance allows only 3 containers. It was impossible for me to get them right so I had to get my insurance's rep involved. They need serious reformation.

I ordered a pump from them in January…

I ordered a pump from them in January amd still havent gotten anything. Its now mid March. I call every week and they say oh ya we're on it! And send me an email that says your order shipment date has changed! And nothing ever happens with it. I've called every week and get the same run around... they talk like they care but nothing seems to be happening on their end.

I would give Edgepark a zero if I could. Have dealt with them for years as my supplier for my Diabetes pump supplies. They bill incorrectly, don't send supplies in a timely manner and generally have an attitude of inurgency and uncaring. If my supplies are late, I could die but they could not care less. Still waiting on an order from SEPTEMBER and its a different excuse each time.

My experience with Edgepark has been extremely disappointing

Extremely frustrating experience!
Pricing Issues: I was billed nearly three times the retail price for basic test strips—far more than what I would pay at CVS or Walgreens. I only added them to my insulin pump supply order for convenience, but the final cost was unreasonable.

Confusing & Incomplete Insurance Billing: Although I ordered a 90‑day supply, Edgepark submitted multiple weekly claims to my insurance. They also failed to submit several claims, which directly affected when I met my deductible. This not only created a flood of confusing EOBs but also left major gaps that made it impossible to determine what I actually owed.

Lack of Transparency: Despite repeated requests, I was never provided with a detailed, line‑item breakdown to clarify the discrepancies. They also did not correct the claims they filed incorrectly—or the ones they never filed at all.

Collection Pressure: Instead of resolving their own billing errors, they continued to contact me for payment amounts that clearly did not match my insurance coverage.

Unhelpful Customer Service: Each call felt like starting over, and my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed in any meaningful way.

Bottom Line: If you have other options for medical supply providers, I strongly recommend exploring them. Managing a chronic condition is difficult enough; Edgepark’s administrative issues only add unnecessary stress.

If I could rate Edgepark a 0 I Would

If I could rate Edgepark a 0, I would. I have been using them for many years for my Dexcom supplies. In the last year, their billing process has changed and they are no longer billing insurance companies correctly, sending bills months, even a year later, for previously paid for and addressed products. I have stopped using them altogether due to their poor customer service and billing departments. I would NOT recommend them, however, if you do, carefully watch your billing statements as they add to them without reasoning, and insurance companies are even refusing to work with them.

Edge Park has been processing my order…

Edge Park has been processing my order of Formula for over 2 weeks with no change in status. I am given a different explanation as to the delays every time I call. I have asked time and time again how i can assist with how to expedite the process as this is the nutrients needed for my child to sustain life. I have yet to see the order let alone have any communication on its status. I have asked my Drs office to send the script to a new DME.

If I could give it zero stars

If I could give it zero stars, I would! This company is awful! I have private insurance and secondary medicaid insurance for my child with a disability. She has to use pull-ups for life, so Medicaid pays for the pull-ups. This company sent me three months worth of pull-ups WITHOUT payment or authorization from the Medicaid insurance. Now they are insisting that I pay for $900 worth of pull-ups that were sent out without consent from the insurance company or myself. United Health Care is filing a grievance and told me not to pay them. The customer service is so fishy because it is always the same lady (she has the same accent and voice every time), but she changes her name for different areas of concern. I can never speak to a supervisor and if they don't want to help you, they just leave you on hold indefinitely. Do not order from this company!!

I've tried for 6-8 months now

I've tried for 6-8 months now, to get all my supplies on one shipment.
I would like there to be just ONE day where I'm waiting for my shipment vs 3 or 4 different days I have to wait around for it.
I don't understand why it's so hard to get everything all at one time. I wish i could just go to CVS, where I can just go pick, the whole perception, up myself in one go.

This company is a complete and total…

This company is a complete and total joke. Unfortunately, I am forced to use them because my Blue Cross Blue Shield is who they said I have to use. Shame on Edgepark and shame on Blue Cross Blue Shield for allowing such horrible service. I made an order and over a week and a half later still nothing. No communication, no answer to my inquiries nothing. They do not follow their own rules. They do not care about their customers, and it is impossible to get somebody to answer a question. I have an ostomy that I got on November 13 and I'm new to this whole situation so I tried to understand how their order process worked and what they have online is a complete lie because they do not ship them on time and they do not respond to any questions. Finally found out that my order shipped but now it's just saying that the label has been printed and they haven't actually given the package to the carrier. What am I supposed to do when I don't have ostomy supplies? This company needs to be investigated. And I have launched a formal complaint with Blue Cross Blue Shield asking them if I can use a different provider. When you're sick and you need supplies, the last thing you need is a company that doesn't care one bit about you as a customer and he refuses to answer your questions. Do you not use this company under any circumstances unless you're absolutely forced to and then make sure you contact your insurance company and demand a different provider. I'm assuming Blue Cross Blue Shield uses them because they must be very low cost and that's a shame. For Edgepark when you read this don't type some lame response saying you're sorry and please contact customer service because I've done that. I've read your other responses to other people and your response doesn't help anybody just do right in the first place and then you wouldn't have all these complaints.

My prescription was recently transferred from Advanced Diabetes Supplies to Edgepark by the Territory Manager, who assured me this would provide a “better experience.” Unfortunately, that has not been the case.

From the very beginning, the customer service was unprofessional. The representative I spoke with was difficult to understand, and the interaction left me feeling uneasy. I eventually called back to cancel the order and even followed up to confirm the cancellation.

Later that same afternoon, I received another call stating that I had submitted a second order and that it was ready to ship—something I never authorized. I explicitly asked them not to ship anything, as I did not want service from their company. Despite this, the very next day I received an order from Edgepark.

This entire process has been a total mess. I have since learned that Edgepark and Advanced Diabetes Supplies were recently purchased by Cardinal Healthcare, which may explain some of the disorganization. Still, patients should not have to deal with this kind of drama. Managing diabetes already involves coordination between doctors, insurance, and Medicare; adding unnecessary confusion and poor service from a supply company only makes things harder.

In my experience, Edgepark has failed to provide the professionalism, clarity, and respect that patients deserve.

I used to love Edgepark.

I called Edgepark yesterday to confirm that they had shipped my son's insulin supplies because I had not received an email. They had not, but proceeded to confirm all the info and said it would be processed. Since then, I have received 2 more calls indicating that they needed to confirm additional information. However, in the course of both of these convo's no new info was needed. Just re-confirming what I had already given. Today's representative was not interested in the fact that she was the 3rd person I had spoken to in less than 24 hours. I am less than convinced that this order will be mailed in time and my son is out of one of his insulin items. I used to love Edgepark, they were efficient and their customer service used to be excellent. To be fair, the 2nd rep I spoke to was lovely and apologized profusely.

12/5/25 Update: Still no response from Edgepark. I called they keep saying it will ship soon.

12/9/25 - It appears that my son's T1D supplies have finally shipped but we still have not received. I see in every bad review that Edgepark responds with their boilerplate "contact us at our email, we are sorry for your experience", etc. I tried that and received no response. I am looking for another company. I would advise against using Edgepark. It looks like they use oversees customer service personnel where language barriers make it difficult to relay and understand information.

Most unprofessional and borderline…

Most unprofessional and borderline negligent. Created online account and tried to order, but was asked to call. Everything was done by voice call with no reference or connection to my online account. After ordering, no word for weeks. Finally upon calling, they told me that they had to wait for my doctor to confirm prescription and it'd go out that day. Two weeks later...nothing. After calling, they tell me that they had to wait for my doctor and it'll go out shortly. Meanwhile, this is a medical equipment that I depend upon. So, asked them to cancel my order. Can't trust them for my health.

Awful Service

I started calling to make sure my daughter's insulin pump supplies about 3 weeks early. After my first call her order was cancelled. After my second call I was assured everything looked good. Imagine my surprise when I checked on the order status the day her order was supposed to ship, 11/3, and they said they were waiting on a prior authorization. I check on her PA's and it had been approved on 10/27. I called and gave them the authorization number and told them that it had been completed a week earlier. I was told by the representative that they had called on 10/31 and it wasn't completed. When I informed her that I was looking at the authorization she basically told me I was wrong. I gave the representative the PA number and hoped for the best. Her order has still not been filled and there is a note stating that they are waiting on a PA. I have spoken with my insurance and endocrinologist and neither seems to understand what the problem is because they have fulfilled their parts. The representatives seem to have no idea what is going on and I really don't if I can keep my cool if I have to call them again. If I had any other choice I would use another company.

Terrible company.

Terrible company.
Everything my nurse orderd came 3 weeks after it was ordered. I was forced to purchase on my own items to get them in time. There billing is awful too.
Im still getting bills over 2 months after services stoped.
If you can avoid this company, do try.

Horrible Service

Today was the culmination of the past year's horrible experiences with Edgepark. I agree with the previous reviews - this company's once-reliable customer service has become beyond horrible. Billing errors and shipments with missing items have convinced me to find a new supplier

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Supplies ordered 9/5/2025, today is 9/30/2025, wrong items sent, called promised expedited supplies, still have no correct supplies. Wad told they would be here last week. Poor service and I say we boycott the incompetence of this company and close them down!

Had a bad experience but it was resolved in a reasonable amount of time

EDIT: After posting this review I received emails and phone calls from Edgepark seeking to address the situation. I offered feedback and they accepted it, the woman on the phone offered apologies and explanations but primarily apologies. Before any contact was established about this situation, they seem to have read my review, reviewed my order, and sent another similar shipment with many extra supplies.

I feel bad for raging out but I'll leave this up to give people a realistic impression of what can happen. Changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Aside from this issue my experience with Edgepark was all pretty much what you would hope for.

No other contact to inform you of delayed order. Even though they can send you texts for other updates.

I waited a week for an order to ship but the entire time they were waiting for my doctor to respond to a request for a specific itemized list of supplies, because I think I had ordered one too many boxes of bags. But my doctor won't respond to that without me asking, because he's probably busy. It would have gone faster if you just sent the order minus what was over allowance and let me decide how to get that last unit.
Now I sit in misery until the package gets here.
