Confirmed by phone call before ordering that items in stock, ordered on the 7 /4/2026. Chased order told takes 3 to 4 days to recieve. Chased again but staff lied as said order went on 13th but according to tracking not even picked up. Yet again phoned and now completed job made excuse as forgot to get scanned. Finally recieved order 15th (3 /4 days ? ? ) never touch company again espically lies told

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry for the frustration caused.
To clarify, the order was placed on the 8th and the items were stocked with the supplier, as stated on the product page (“Supplier stocked item – ordered upon purchase”). The stated lead time is 3–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends). The order was dispatched from our warehouse on the 13th, however it was not scanned by DPD until the 14th at their depot, which resulted in a one working day delay. We will also be feeding this back to DPD regarding the delay on the shipment.
We understand how important timelines are, especially when working to a schedule, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Great service, quick delivery and good prices, less than dealing directly with the manufacturer.

Delivery was not great
Delivery was not great. The delivery drivers left my parcels at the collection points directly; they didn't even try to deliver.
