Ordered a TV on the 16th. Now the 21st and have been told it’s not been processed. Currently attempted phoning 53 times and not once have I had an answer. Took numerous attempts at the chat and emailing to just be told it’s not processed. If you live close and can drive it might be worth it otherwise communication is awful. We’ll see if I ever get it.

TV broke after 4 months. Have tried to call, email and Live chat to get a response.

No reply at all

A great TV at a bargain price. Arrived on time and well packaged. Delivery driver was helpful. Received a phone call shortly afterwards to check i was happy, which was nice. Would definitely buy again.

Purchased an lg oled 55cx6la for £430.Item was described as having small marks at top left edge of screen. I genuinely couldn't see them at first. Only when stood up against tv with my reading glasses on did I notice the tiniest mark which was completely unnoticeable with tv on... Fantastic picture quality and sound. No burn in or dead pixels. Exactly as described with a 12 month warranty. Only had it a few days but absolutely delighted with this bargain buy. Would highly recommend 👍😄

I genuinely can't see any of the marks they said that were in it . Very satisfied with the purchase. The TV is retailing for £1800 in Sony centre I got it for £500

Delivery was on time item was well packaged

I bought a 55" Sony Bravia XR55A84LU from Electronic World TV and it was an amazing bargain! The TV arrived in perfect condition (just without the stand as stated) and has been brilliant since June.

I was a bit hesitant at first to order from them, but everything went really smoothly. The only slight downside was the delivery taking a little longer than I hoped probably just me being impatient!

Overall, really happy with the purchase and I’d definitely recommend and buy from Electronic World TV again.

The TV was delivered on time and was even setup to ensure it's working before they left. Very polite delivery staff and the TV since then working perfectly. Very impressed

Ordered a tv which was described to only have marks on the rear casing but when delivered the screen was badly scratched and marked, contacted them and agreed to return the tv. The tv has been sent back and I’ve been waiting two weeks for a refund now and not getting any response from emails or phone. Very disappointed as I’ve bought from them in the past and had no issues.

Was very sceptical at first...emails were a bit confusing but that was soon sorted.
Tv was delivered in robust packaging and checked before the delivery team left.
Was very worried at ine point as the TV didn't want to connect to amazon account....however it was quickly resolved by connecting directly to the router by Etherley cable...
Once done was taken back upstairs to the main bedroom and everything was just fine ..

I could not be happier with my 65" SONY TV I bought from Electronic World. I was a little bit apprehensive buying something with an obvious fault on it but I am absolutely delighted to say the TV is incredible. I have saved a staggering £1600 off the list price!!!

The screen was delivered by a two man crew to the room I wanted to install it in.

If you like bargains I would highly recommend this vendor.
