great product, quality, and service, and great delivery too…..all at a great price. I cannot fault the accurate description and quality of a the product which is essentially brand new with a missing stand and damaged box.

Product wasn’t exactly as described. Was described as “mint” and only missing the TV mount.

In fact had a small mark to the upper right of the tv frame and also was shipped without the original white Frame TV remote and a cheaper universal style one shipped with it instead.

Contacted customer service twice without a response.

Ordered TV, didn't require it anymore so returned for full refund. Can't say anything bad about the service, simple and easy. Good company

The TV came with a scratch on the screen which was not disclosed before. The delivery company was not good they did not wait for me to open the door after ringing the bell. I had to then pick up the TV at their depot 20 miles away.

I had been shopping around to find the best deals and was a little reluctant to buy a second-hand unit. However, the tv is great and you wouldn’t know the difference other than I have a few hundred quid more left in my pocket! It arrived quickly and with no fuss. Would use again.

Easy to order, deliver quickly and TV cost-worth buying

Panasonic 55 inch tv arrived in a Samsung box. Guys unpacked it and switched it on then left. After setting it up I found that the remote only worked with some keys, not original but cheap substitute. White screen showed several colours particularly blue, I knew this meant there was a problem with the LED's which would get worse over time. The model was advertised as 1200 Hz but on screen gave only a 60Hz rating so not great for gaming. Emailed same day, emailed 2 days later, no reply. Judging by the reviews some people have been lucky. It depends on whether you like playing Russian Roulette I suppose? don't think the 'Guarantee' is worth much. Some might like to do a free search for IAH Electronic Industries Ltd at Companies House just so you know who the Directors are? Btw, these are old TV's that have been sitting around somewhere, probably for years. Made the mistake of not buying on Credit Card!

this particular tv is in as new condition, with no marks or faults that i can discern, no original remote, or original packing, but very well packed, in a samsung box, two man delivery personnel unpacked and assembled tv, and were prepared to place it at my preference. delivery service fast and excellent. The tv appears to be not made for UK, but works just as well.

On delivery bracket was missing, couldn't get through to anyone on the phone which wasn't a great start. Whatsapp messaged and was told to check the box, which of course we had already done. Eventually got through to someone the next day on the phone who said they would send it out next week. Then when we got the bracket and put the TV on the wall there were blemishes. I emailed but got no response. Then got a reply about the bracket on Whatsapp so I responded with screenshots of the email and still heard nothing back despite the messages being viewed. Wouldn't recommend or use again... Still waiting to hear back.
