Beware of this company over charging!! Look elsewhere if you have an electrical issue as these will over charge massively!!!

The guys got our electric working within 5 minutes of arriving at our house which I am so grateful and they were very polite snd friendly. However, the prices were horrendous £59 call out fee plus VAT then £280 per hour plus VAT. My total bill was £406 for 5 minutes worth of work which is involved changing one RCD unit. Stripy jumper abd swag bag stuff!

I needed to install an EV charger at short notice. I contacted Jon to get a quote and he responded very quickly. He provided a competitive quotation and installed the EV charger the following week. The installation was very efficient and Jon took the time to explain how the charger worked and help me install the app correctly. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jon.

Jon fitted an EV charger for us, replaced an outside light and fixed a faulty light switch. Jon’s work is extremely high quality and he is punctual, friendly, efficient and professional. Completely satisfied with all of the work done.

Had a variety of works that needed to be done including fitting outdoor lights in the garden, changing and adding internal sockets. Turned up on time as advised and the work was completed with diligence and have expert advise where required.

Would thouroghly recommend for all electrical services.

We settled on a price for John to replace 3 damaged light fittings and he agreed to carry out the work at short notice. He was very personable, helpful and completed the work quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Very highly recommended.

Jon came to look at a job for me. It was to replace one outside light and make good another outside light which was tripping the electric.

I've texted Electrx at 9pm to ask for help to diagnose and repair a fault (third of lights stopped working after a short) and Jon responded within an hour to tell me he'll come next day. Jon arrived at agreed time and was professional and fixed the issue in no time. I think the price he charged us is fair and reasonable. I will call Electrx for any future electric work.

I contacted John from Electrx about an install for my EV charger.

His work was very tidy and professional.

We had our electricity supply moved from an internal wall to accommodate renovations, Johnathan moved the fuse box to allow our power to be reconnected once the supply was moved by Western Power. He was very professional, through and friendly throughout, always showed up at the times agreed. Work was done to a high standard and much quicker than we anticipated. He came ahead of time to prepare and ensure everything was ready as well as that we were happy with the work that would need to take place. Price was more than reasonable for the amount of work required.
Overall would highly recommend and will happily contact for any future electrical work we need

In short, Jonathan and Electrx now have first refusal for ANY electrical work we need from the mundane day to day; to certification (EICR); to electric car charging points to complete rewiring / wiring of existing and new build - highly recommended!

I used Jonathan for a light fitting in my house a few weeks ago, he replied fast via a Facebook group, came the next day, and fixed the light there and then. I then also booked him for quite a big job at my gym to which he was also very professional and worked around other work we had going on that day too which probably made his job harder than it would have been. He will now be our go-to and I would recommend him to anyone. Not only do I trust in his work I have always found him to be really friendly & very polite. Highly recommend and 5 stars from me :-)

When hiring someone to do lighting work on your house (especially in my case a Victorian house!) all you want is someone to be reliable and good at what they do. Jonathan is so professional, friendly and efficient. He managed to fit me in and sort out my problems in such a timely manner. If he said he was going to be somewhere at a certain time you knew he was going to turn up. And to top it off not only was the work excellent but his prices are super reasonable as well! What more could you ask for. There isn’t a question in my mind where I would go for further work in the future.
