The shower enclosure itself is very good. The instructions were poor. The manual had 2 pages duplicated, which made the assembly difficult when it came to that page. Fortunately we turned to the online instructions and able to complete. The shower looks fantastic and the stay clean glass is amazing.

The shower cubicle arrived very quickly after ordering. It was well packaged and delivered with care. When we unpacked it, it seemed very daunting but although it did take us quite a long time to assemble and install it,we got there in the end and are very happy with the finished product.

The only thing was that they would not pick up the unwanted item when I re-ordered another one slightly larger- however when I returned it to them, they were very helpful, pleasant and processed my refund immediately.

The shower enclosure is neat and elegant. The problem was the fitting instructions. Dimensions would have been helpful especially for the setting out of the first two uprights. Also we needed 18 screws and only 17 were in the pack. Overall it was very good

The item was never delivered to me not your fault but perhaps choose another delivery company as they said the item was refused but I was home all day waiting for it.

delivered the wrong item when I had a plumber to install, had to wait 6 days for the correct one to be delivered and the incorrect product still in my hallway with no attempted to pick up
