I've been seeing Andy for a while now regarding a back issue. He's been brilliant, setting up an exercise regime along with various other recommendations for what could help. He genuinely cares and wants to understand and go above & beyond, rather than just getting you in and out the door.

I have been seeing Laura Fernandez post spinal surgery. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She listens so carefully to what you describe re symptoms and focuses on that in her treatment. She is always calm, reassuring and very enabling. She has absolutely been my buddy on my challenging rehab journey getting back to my baseline movement. I look forward to every session and always leave feeling reassured, positive and energised for the next step in my journey. Her knowledge is vast and her application of it is totally tailored to your needs. A very big thank-you.

Over the past year, I have received outstanding care from the team at Elite Physical Medicine in diagnosing and supporting me with re-hab for a serious shoulder injury. I have worked closely with Matt whose extensive knowledge and ability to explain complicated details simply, gave me the confidence to overcome my fears.

Got a fairly quick appointment for my 15 year old son for a knee injury. The receptionist was very helpful and explained everything. Email confirmation arrived with the necessary forms. On the day we were seen by Ahmad. He was excellent, spoke with my son and made him feel comfortable. Was clear he knew his job.
All sorted and can highly recommend.

After having had a nasty accident to my foot in which I severed various tendons and nerves, my surgeon recommended Andy McCrea at Elite Physical Medicine. He said if anyone can get you up on your feet and walking again, it will be Andy. I felt at total ease during my first appointment. Everything was explained clearly to me and in a way I could understand. Exercises and other treatments were uploaded to their website with a demo of what to do for each one. After my first appointment, Andy said I would be walking into my next appointment with my surgeon, he was right!! I had a further 2/3 appointments where by we did lots of work in the gym on site. I'm now walking properly and would never go anywhere else in the future. The staff always greeted me with a smile and all the appointments ran spot on time wise. Thank you Andy and team.

Very happy with my experience and treatment at Elite. Easy booking system with friendly and helpful reception staff. My treatment has made a real difference to strength and pain in my problem leg. My physio (Ahmed) is knowledgeable and understanding, pushing me to meet my goals but being adaptable when I needed. Would recommend.

Outstanding, impressive, meticulous, top-notch, trust-worthy, professional and exemplary is how I would describe 'Elite Physical', and in particular, Tom Stainer, who is supporting me with my current health issue. Amanda has repaired not only my sanity but also my slipped disk. I was told I would most likely need surgery by the initial consultant, but that they would give me physio until I could be seen in 9 months time. I took matters into my own hands having used Elite before with success. I saw Amanda back in November and we started physio together and I have not looked back since. I am now back to normal living with little to no pain and when i do get pain I have some wonderful exercises to help relieve this. I will never go anywhere else, Amanda was a joy to work with and has helped me more than she knows, as I now do not need the operation to fix the issue. Thank you so much.

I went to see Amanda in Aylesbury with a stiff painful neck which had gone on for weeks. After just one session of physio which felt wonderful she has cured the problem. I would highly recommend this young lady.

Have used Andy McCrae at Elite for over 10 years for myself and most of my children for a huge variety of injuries from torn calf muscles to rehab for ACL reconstruction. Not only do I fully trust Andy with my family but his attention to detail and care goes above and beyond. He is always willing to do what he can to help both inside and outside of the clinic and always show interest in how his treatment and recommendations have worked.

Matt has been a huge help toward me reaching my goals and targets as a professional motorcycle racer. I work with Matt closely during the week and also at all my championship events. Using Matt as my Performance Coach/ Physio has allowed me to not only be in the best shape physically but also mentally. Utilizing Matt’s knowledge and experience has been instrumental in my growth and progression as an athlete.

Elite helped me recover from an Achilles injury where at first I was struggling to walk to a point where I was back running the parkrun within 3 months. Elite provides outstanding advice, expertise and guidance.

Recently referred for physio to help with a pain in my hip. Elite was recommended to me by several people and after having had 4 sessions, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them myself too. Many thanks to Amanda, who pinpointed the issue in the first session and gave me a programme of simple exercises to address the problem, adjusting these with each session to get the best results. I am pain free again which is amazing!

I was very impressed by the whole experience with Elite. Amanda listened to the problem and guided me through exercises to allow me to return to running comfortably. I will definitely go back if I have any further issues.

I was recommended Elite from a couple of friends. Now I can see why. I highly recommend them and I already have mentioned them to someone else today. I would like to say a big thank you to Ahmad Iqbal for all the help and advice. He was very thorough in finding the cause of my heel pain. Also gave me some simple exercises which are already helping. Ahmad even gave my husband some advice & exercise to help with his back. I can not say how delighted we both are to Ahmad. Will definitely use Elite & Ahmad again, thank you.

Excellent Rehab pre & post ACL surgery. Loved working with Andy, was guided through a thorough plan pre op and post op. I have had a very tailored and bespoke rehab regime and this includes really understanding my life style and adapting my training during times such as Ramadan when I was fasting. Happy with my progress post surgery and would highly recommend Elite Physical Med.
