Awful customer service, poor packaging.
Awful customer service. Due to a mistake Elite had made (and tried extremely hard to call me a liar and say it was my fault) my order was sent to the wrong address and then took so much longer to get delivered when I paid $32 for express shipping. Then when I received my package it was put into a bag unprotected and the protein powder had spilt everywhere. I couldn’t be bothered dealing with customer service again so just left it. Waste of time and $130.

Protein arrived open & damaged
Protein arrived open & damaged. I asked for assistance from Elite Supps and received a reply stating they cannot assist as I didn’t take up extra insurance. I replied & said this cannot be used though and needs to be disposed of, how can they accept money for a product that isn’t usable? I was advised they COULD have helped me but now it’s been disposed of they can’t. I then replied & stated it hasn’t been disposed of yet so please advise my next steps? Another reply stating they stand by that they can’t help me as it’s damage due to transit/courier. So a $70 purchase not usable on receipt and no customer service at all to help their customer.
So beware- if you don’t add EXTRA insurance they won’t take responsibility for anything or provide any type of service to their customers. I will never order from here again.

As Shipping Protection was not selected at checkout, our policy does not provide coverage for damage that occurs during shipping in these circumstances, which is why we were unable to offer a replacement or compensation.

While we understand you were seeking a different outcome, we apologise that our communication left you feeling unsupported. We always aim to treat our customers with respect and empathy, even when we're unable to provide the resolution they were hoping for.
