Awful customer service, poor packaging.
Awful customer service. Due to a mistake Elite had made (and tried extremely hard to call me a liar and say it was my fault) my order was sent to the wrong address and then took so much longer to get delivered when I paid $32 for express shipping. Then when I received my package it was put into a bag unprotected and the protein powder had spilt everywhere. I couldn’t be bothered dealing with customer service again so just left it. Waste of time and $130.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it would have been, particularly as you paid for express shipping for a birthday gift.
We did investigate the delivery issue with the information available to us at the time. Our system showed the order had been submitted without the unit number, which was the information then provided to Australia Post.
We’re also disappointed to hear that your order arrived with the protein powder damaged and spilled. This is certainly not how we want an order to arrive, and we would have been more than happy to look into this for you had we been given the opportunity.
We apologise that your experience left you feeling that contacting our customer service team was not worthwhile. We genuinely value customer feedback and will use this to review how we handle situations like this moving forward.
