Placed an order for lowkal sauces, didnt arrive the courier damaging it, i didnt take the insurance option but they were super responsive to my email and sent off a replacement order straight away.

The knife was delivered quick & it turned out to be as great as advertised, excellent quality Knife that I highly recomend for any kitchen, well made with high grade steel I'd say because it stays sharp for a very long time before needing sharpening again, a must purchase!!
