A fabulous, highly professional service with a caring and welcoming team. The standard of equipment was extremely high and comfortable. Arrived on time with a pre call. Transferred to nursing home 70 miles away with all personal equipment. Thank you Pete and Steve you were outstanding! Would definitely recommend.

The ambulance was booked for 9.00 am and it arrived a few minutes early with its friendly crew Amanda and Sam. My wife Judy had been in bed for over a week and during this period, she could not be moved without a lot of pain. Amazingly, Amanda and Sam moved her from her bed, down the stairs, and into the ambulance without any pain whatsoever. I was so impressed, and she was taken to residential care home Pittsmead Grange in Hayes, just two miles away. Upon arrival. she was taken to her room, again without pain. Pittsmead Grange were equally impressed. Many thanks

Yesterday we moved my mum between care homes 3 hours apart. She is 91 with Alzheimers and in recovery from breaking an ankle. We could not praise Paul and Steve enough for making this experience (which we were not looking forward to) as painless and smooth as it could be. They were fantastic.

Needed a stretcher transfer for my elderly mother to move to nursing home for respite care. EMA made it very easy to organise and had good availability. The crew arrived a perfect 5 mins early (so no stress about whether they were coming, or feeling rushed if they had been very early). They were great at reassuring her and thoroughly professional - made a difficult experience much easier.

I used EMA’s services a few times to assist with transporting my son including carrying him up and down from his bedroom on the second floor of our house. The team was very friendly, careful with my son and pleasant to work with. Booking process was also very easy.

Lots of messages keeping us updated on arrival and departure times great care with dad whilst moving him and all round top service definitely would recommend

We were very nervous about putting our trust in a private ambulance company to transfer me from the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford to the Chelsea and Westminster in London .
We chose Ema based on the amount of 5 star reviews on trust pilot .
I can honestly say that from the minute Pete and Sophie came to collect me I knew I was in excellent hands . Their care, attention and knowledge was so reassuring . They took control of the whole process with such expertise .
Please do not hesitate to book Ema you will not be disappointed . I learnt that Pete had been a paramedic for 36 years ….you could not be in safer hands ,

Sam and Amanda did a great job getting mum back home after her break away. They were reassuring, professional and kind.
Mum felt safe and happy throughout the tricky negotiations of flights of stairs…and was amazed at their strength!!

At our most stressful time, transferring our mum to her care home for respite care, your drivers were incredibly helpful and sensitive, cheerfully arranging her transportation. It was an efficient and safe journey with very kind staff. Thank you very much for your understanding at a really difficult time.

I was impressed with the admin and communication process before, during and after the transfer.
The ambulance arrived on time despite having to travel 2 hours from their base. The two operatives were kind and understanding to my 93 year old mother who has dementia and mobility issues. They took care of her during her move from a care home to a nursing home and made the transfer take place as smoothly as possible.

Sophie and Allan were extremely kind, caring and reassuring. They helped to move my father in-law 3 hours across the country to a house on our road back in June. He was oxygen-dependent and anxious, but Sophie and Allan’s calm demeanour helped to keep him as relaxed as possible. When we arrived at the house, the old tenants hadn’t moved out but Sophie and Allan waited with us outside for over an hour until they left. They weren’t deterred when we nearly couldn’t get my FIL into the new house because of the narrow hallway and his wide bed - they patiently and confidently helped him to transfer to a chair and then back into the bed once we got the bed into the lounge. What could’ve been an awful day was tolerable thanks to Allan and Sophie who didn’t seem phased by the problems that kept arising. We are very grateful - thank you!!

Sophie, Steve H and Allan were very kind and reassuring whist moving our dad to a care home. They had to navigate some difficult stairs but made the move very smooth. Would definitely use the service again if needed. Booking was also very easy and quick (about 48 hours notice)

I was extremely happy with the service I received from EMA Patient Transport. It was a very long journey for my 92 year old mother but the drivers were very professional and kind and she said the time passed quickly and she was very comfortable throughout the journey with comfort stops when she asked for them. The cost was expensive but I received higher quotes from other companies. All in all I was happy with the service.

Both Sam and Amanda were wonderful. I can’t thank them enough for the care and respect they showed my aunt.
Sam also managed my aunt’s travel sickness so kindly and gently.
Thank you both for all your help. It is very much appreciated and remembered.
