Terrible service!

Terrible service!
I ordered this tag more than a week before it finally got delivered, despite having paid for the overnight delivery option they have. On top of tis, when I finally revived it the clip was missing for it, so useless to use unless you want to take the risk if holding it up while driving!
When I complaint, all I got initially as a AI robot which kept apologizing but did nothing - and then finally someone got back tome saying. that it had been delivered and signed for and gave me a post office link that didn't work to prove it! Of course it got delivered BUT 1 week late!!!
So find another company to get your tag. I wouldn't use them again if I could return the tag and get are fund, which they refused to do, and I did not even get a refund for the overnight delivery cost I have had to pay.
Worst customer service ever.

Very good so far. Ordering was straightforward and shipping speedily executed. Now waiting on delivery and then usage in June.

Had a problem with a tag and clip

Had a problem with a tag and clip. This was soon solved by a very helpful member of staff who quickly understood the problem I was having and gave a solution without fuss.

Clever device poor customer service.

Tag works very well in France.
Speed of turnaround of old tag not slow but not quick either!
Attitude of customer service staff in Harrogate appalling. Not helpful. Won't give their names and only go by 'The Emovis Team'. Just use the website as much as you can to avoid frustration.
After Trustpilot/Emovis querying my review I can honestly say that this is the only end you'll get to an email from them:-

NEVER a name to go back to regarding your query so you have to email them again explaining all again as they won't read the previous email and on the phone they won't give their names stating that anyone should be able to help. Emailed replies usually come with a link to help pages on their website and nothing else. I changed phones since the problems I had and so have lost the recordings of the calls but I maintain, Great Product, Efficient Billing, Poor Staff Attitude.

Payments Taken Without Authorisation

The process of setting up an account is simple and I received the TAG as requested on time.
However, due to a change of circumstances I did not use the TAG so returned it quickly.
I have been invoiced again since for a full months usage even though I was expecting a refund.
I notice other comments about amounts being taken from accounts without authorisation.
I have contacted them via contact forms and telephone and still experience the same thing.
Service is take money deal with the consequences later.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with our service.

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If a cancellation request is received within this time, any associated charges will be cancelled and the account closed. If we don’t receive a cancellation request, the account remains active. An invoice is then generated on the 10th of each month to notify the account holder of any upcoming charges, which are collected on the last working day of the month.

All billing is processed monthly in arrears, and no payments are taken upfront, allowing time to review and request cancellation if needed.

We’d like the opportunity to resolve this for you. Please share your details with us so we can contact you directly and assist further.

Very prompt and efficient service. I needed to speak to customer services in the UK and they were great. The Tag was also delivered quickly. Dispatched the same day it was ordered.
