Delivery was excellent. Considerate of our home, polite, cheerful and professional. One bolt missing so sofa couldn’t be fully built but they will be back next week to finish the job.

We had some furniture delivered from Manchester, not to our home, but to a self storage unit in Portsmouth, as we live in France. Empire delivery kept us up to date with every step of the way. They rang us when they were about 15 minutes away, handy as we had to give them the lockup codes. As soon as it was delivered they sent photos. Absolutely faultless, thank you.

The drivers were kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and i appreciated their efforts on my behalf. Thanks to both.
